I loved that they pretty much tricked us with the "next generation" and "reboot" talk, but of course being Scream that was a misdirection and we're back with the status quo. So if there isn't a Scream 5, I'd be happy with the way it ended. I thought the choice of killer was clever and made sense. My biggest complaint is that the character development is terrible. The original three had no progression and so many scenes were cut that it was hard to care about the characters. Kirby was, of course, the star of this. I loved Robbie as well. But I do hope the DVD includes all of those scenes. A good half hour was cut out. I also wish they hadn't re-shot the opening sequence. The original had a stronger effect.
