Members Sylph
I have just bumped onto this, I have no idea if it's good or bad (or if that be taken seriously at all): http://www.boingboing.net/2010/10/11/ikea-heights-covert.html http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IKEA_Heights
Members bellcurve
Leave it to pathetic, film-school losers who don't understand the art of soap to make fun of soap or to label what they thought was a serious film piece/comedy a "soap opera" because it didn't quite meet their initial expectations. To properly parody something you have to, on some level, be able to understand the subject that you're mocking beyond what is seen on the surface. Someone should develop a real, totally effective soap parody that makes fun of fans, behind the scenes people, bloggers/reporters, the whole shebang. THAT would be funny. This?! Members SFK
I'll give it a watch later, but I am tickled by that title (too bad it isn't more ironic and less literal... a great title for a series about a certain breed of neo hippie urban-suburban college grads-early thirtysomethings).
