Members DRW50 Posted February 18, 2012 Members Share Posted February 18, 2012 I didn't know Dr. Joyce Brothers was on the show. Some of the story sounds more suited to a late 60's atmosphere. It's weird knowing James and Steve interact here, when later, James was the primary reason Steve was bankrupted and fled to Greece. I wonder if their past history was referenced when James returned. I know there were some scenes where James tried to apologize to Ellen and David. I think soaps in general were guilty of trying to "amp it up" to compete with primetime and cable shows like NYPD Blue with bare asses and slo-mo grinding and orgasm faces.
