Marc Elliot needs to keep his hair short. And of course, I can imagine the Cryed fans driving their fingers to arthritis trying to put together banners. Debbie Rush does indeed look gorgeous. I almost want them to have her like that on the show, but then that wouldn't make any sense.

He just looks very disheveled -- but then none of the Eastenders men dressed up.

Kylie Babbington reminds me of someone but I'm not sure who. She seemed to be trying to dress as differently from her character as possible.

Carley Stenson looks like some type of frisbee.

Carl, did you notice that Ashley Kumar (Todd) was there next to Shona? I wonder if you got your wish and he's back on EastEnders...

Thanks. I didn't notice that. He might have just been there with the cast since he was on the show this year, the year they won the award, but I hope he's coming back, I think he'd be a great addition to the teen set and they could also bring in his family. And he and Whitney were so sweet together, which she needs.

Poor Clare Cooper, I love her but I do not love that hair or that dress or some of the facial expressions which suggest she had a mild stroke. Do any Hollyoaks women know how to dress?

My husband cleaned house! I'm so proud of him. I could cry! I'm glad that Emmerdale as a show got the acknowledgment it deserves. Hopefully, that occurs at the British Soap Awards next year.

Sadly the BSA, with the panel format, seems more likely to stick with the staus quo.

 

I forgot to say how happy I was that Ryan Hawley finally won an award. 

 

I'm also happy that Danny Dyer has won far fewer of these soap awards than I'd expected.
