KKL and SF have both talked about that scene in interviews and KKL stated that since she got the chance to slap back, she wanted to do a real good one. And SF was so surprised and taken aback because KKL slapped her very hard, almost knocking her over. And that is why she looked so surprised. B&B is one of the ONLY shows that uses REAL slaps. When you see the characters slapping around each other, then the actors are slapping for real! All because they want it to look real. And what´s why B&B has some of the best slappings ever!!!!
