I don't understand what there is to talk about. Nixon had easier talks with Brezhnev. Nobody is looking to hire Vanessa Marcil for anything, and GH is a dying soap. It's a marriage made in heaven.

Vanessa wanted to stick around last time. All she wanted was to work only two days a week because she had a baby. Frons said no.

GH is ALWAYS in talks with Marcil.

Marcil gets such buzz, as she should. Who else can bring in numbers like her? Love her or hate her when she came back the last time it worked.

I cant picture her actually coming back however. If it happens Brooklyn Brenda and BrokeAssBrenda (aka SAM) better watch out.

Her return worked last time because it happened very early in Guza's return to the show and Frons tenure as president of the network. That's why her return was written so good at first but towards the end of her stint, it was horrible because Frons had his hooks deep into the show and was given too much power to Guza.

If she came back this time, I don't think the ratings would skyrocket. Not under Guza's poison pen and because of how much he has screwed over other characters with their return. IMO, that is why Genie Francis' returns didn't jump start the ratings.

GH In Talks With Vanessa Marcil

This time, it's for real: "Brenda-watch" is underway again at GH. "I just spoke to her today," Head Writer Robert Guza, Jr. tells Digest. "We are talking to Vanessa Marcil [ex-Brenda] as we speak. That is the truth. I cannot go any further right now. She's interested. We're interested, but I will say if Vanessa wanted to come back, even for one day, we'd make it work ... We'll have to talk again in the coming weeks."

Hey Zendall Fan. I don't know about Other Shows or People, but Brian Frons and Julie Carruthers and whatever Writer whether Megan McTavish or Charles Pratt Lies All The Time. I Read that Vanessa Marcil may be Making A Movie. Now, It Might be that They ARE Talking to her and then It doesn't Work out, but I don't know. We'll see whether She goes back on General Hospital or Not. Jody
