They are a bit redundant, but there are a couple that stand out to me--[[look at bolded one down there]]. Also, some Kendall\Greenlee showdown stuff, which I think sounds great and should translate well on screen!

Most of this is redundant due to SN/SOW interviews from the writers already out...

Sneak Peek From AMC's New Writers

DK and DS say that while they do have big stories planned and enjoy doing that they also want to show the day-to-day stuff - family dinners, friendships, warmth, charm. Their material will not start airing until late May.

Palmer's Death: Several stories will arise out of his death, more specifically out of the will reading and that event. Lots of flashbacks at the memorial (4/20), Daisy, Nina. The Cortlandt family will expand.

Adam's Exit: Brooke will be major in what happens with Adam in the next few weeks. They say his exit leaves a huge vacuum on the canvas. There will be jockeying to see who gets to lead the family and company. Before the exit, expect "one final, classic Adam Chandler move."

Jack/Erica: They're going to fall back into an easy relationship without Erica realizing it. But there will be a new twist and man coming into Erica's life. They're in the process of casting him (they've been bringing in name-names and not-names). They really want to emphasize Erica's comedic, feisty side.

Jake/Amanda: They'll have a nice little story for May that will "bring back a familiar character" (DS: Janet, most likely). It's a min-jeopardy story.

Recast Bianca: Not anytime soon. Kendall isn't back full-time, Lucci's summer vacation is coming. They feel it's important to rebuild the Kane women but they can't do that until down the line.

Kendall/Greenlee Showdown on AMC

"She's my closest friend," beams Budig about Minshew's return. Budig goes on about real-life for a bit, and SOD segways that into things, after the events of 2009, not being so happy when Kenlee come face to face on April 9. Week starts with Liza admitting to Greenlee that another driver was involved in her accident, but nobody will fill in the blanks. Greenlee knows Kendall will tell her the truth, she's able to figure out where Kendall is and heads there. The actresses muses that she believes Greenlee NEEDS to confront Kendall on many fronts. Kendall is shocked to see Greenlee...alive. Then Erica shows up. Kendall is peturbed that Erica didn't tell her Greenlee was alive, she soon realizes that's b/c Greenlee knows about Ryan. Kendall asks Erica to leave her and Greenlee alone to talk. They talk about everything, and Greenlee starts putting the pieces together about the accident. Greenlee begins to go into a tangent about Kendall wanting Ryan, and having always been threatened by her/Ryan. When Kendall admits that she did accidentally run Greenlee off the road, Greenlee insists Kendall intentionally ran her off the road to get Ryan. RB admits it's a stretch but she's so distrustful of people right now. Next week (wk of 4/12), Zach and Ryan intervene in the ladies scuffle but that may just end of making things worse.

Adam Collapses At David's Trial

David faces the music with Liza by his side. VI muses that David trusts Liza, but as savvy as she is it's an uphill battle. He begins to realize that w/o Greenlee's testimony he's a goner. Adam takes the stand and begins having heart problems immediately. David saves him infront of the jury, which helps his case. David is a little more confident Adam will continue to help him out and fudge facts after that.

Mon 4/12 Brooke vows to stand by Adam. Barr admits that Brooke is not admitting just how deep her feelings run.

Tue 4/13 JR is consumed by guilt after a close encounter with Annie.

    • Great scenes between Marlena and EJ today. Paula and Jeanne are making EJ have more depth than Ron had during his long drawn out tenure.
    • Might as well say it, Minority opinion, granted, but I like Joss & I'm okay with this WSB story & i hope that Emma will be their next recruit & she & Joss can be partners.
    • Thanks again @Paul Raven  The Arlene/Ben/Betsy triangle is one I wish I could see for myself as on paper it doesn't tend to excite me but I can see how well-constructed it was. I wish I could see the Rick/Meg relationship too, although I wish they'd had him genuinely fall for Meg after he gets together with Cal. The whole Brooke/Deacon/Bridget story on B&B was horribly damaging to Brooke as a character but it was dramatically very sound because I could completely believe Deacon would fall for messy and vulnerable Brooke after finally settling down with the more docile Bridget.

    • According to the head writer list, it seems the show may have started to fall apart while either the Schneiders or Upton were writing.  And when it started to crumble, it crumbled fast.  It was sad to see everything Labine had brought to LOL be disassembled.

Welcome back!!! And I see Abe and Paulina got a new apartment too, which is just a redress of John/Marlena’s, Steve/Kayla’s, etc. But it looks kinda nice. And I enjoyed his scenes with Chanel. It added another perspective to everything that’s been going on with her and Johnny. And Abe using his own history with Lexie to comfort Chanel was a good idea. Plus, it also provided us with more suspicion/red herring about Johnny possibly shooting EJ. I’m looking forward to see what happens between her and Johnny. And I’m so glad that the two of them are on the frontburner now.  Speaking of Johnny, I still have no problem with him going to work for Titan. The drama could be so good, especially once EJ finds out. To me, it seems like another realistic reaction to everything that’s been happening to Johnny lately. It doesn’t seem random and over the top either. And I like that they remembered to have Johnny tell Xander that he has no corporate experience whatsoever. Surprisingly, the two of them work well together. And so do Carson and Deidre. I love how the Marlena/Johnny relationship has been featured so much.  Kayla was still strong and kicking ass today too. The writer change has helped her/Mary Beth so much. But I do admit we should’ve seen Steve trying to get into Dr. Russell’s lab rather than Kayla instructing him over the phone.  And unfortunately, Chad and Cat still don’t seem to be doing much for me though. The cliffhanger was ok too.   Btw, Days was trending at #4 this morning on Peacock
    • There was a huge outcry when we learned that JFP intended to off Donna.
    • Especially children who much more likable characters and are played by better actors

It’s a worse idea than her wanting to become a doctor Well, some of us Italians do prefer trumpets and saxophones over strings
