Such an underrated actor, always a warm yet sarcastic presence, a big part of some of the most entertaining TV shows and films that are never as remembered as they should be.

I guess I'll always remember him for this show.

Loved him in Bob and Carol and Ted and Alice and lusted after him in A Name for Evil. Such an underrated talent. I may watch an episode of I Spy on Hulu in his honor tonight.

I was shocked too. I haven't seen him in recent years, aside from when I would sometimes watch Everybody Loves Raymond, but I have a lot of his earlier stuff, especially some of his TV work (remember his guest stint on The Cosby Show) in my head.

I remember the Greatest American Hero. That was my show.

He was on an episode of the Golden Girls as well. He was on the episode where Blanche gets a pacemaker and Culp comes out as her love interest.
