Luke's coming out story started in late 2005 and unlike even Bianca on AMC, Luke hasn't been in and out of the show.

Eden Riegel (Bianca) was on AMC as a regular for four years after Bianca came out, which I think is about the same amount of time that Van has currently been on the show since Luke's coming out.

True, but Van hasn't made any indication he is leaving next year, so it will be longer that Luke has been on without leaving.

Luke's coming out story started in February 2006. He didn't officially come out until that spring, so he's been an out gay man on the show for about 3.5 years, so he still has a way before he surpasses Bianca's longevity.

Still, both of them have had shitass story after shitass story, so touting their tenures is merely a distraction from the real problem: THE STORIES SUCK.

Dear God. I guess something could have managed to have made the Mason character even more contrived.

Agreed. That's the last thing TV needs.
