Let it die?

Bring it back as an boarding House with a new owner and have all the 20 somethings live there?

Make it an Family Home?

Have the Miranda Center turn into in somekind of halfway house or shelter type deal-eo?

Have Reese redo it top to bottom and turn it into a Mini-Mansion/Dollhouse for La Kane?

Re-open it as a swanky new boarding house owned by Opal. Borders would include Frankie, Randi, Taylor, Jake, Natalia, Carmen. Who else?

Yeah I agree. The boarding house needs to exist because it's a great way to introduce new characters and have them interact with existing ones.

Opal did well with the role when they had Ritchie stay with her. I can see her officially taking over Myrtle's boarding house and filling that vacant role as a tribute to her memory

I think that's a great idea, maybe a boarding house slash Glamorama-type set-up. She doesn't have to live there since she's still at Cortlandt manor, but she can run the place. Characters like Opal and Roxy on OLTL are our Myrtles for the next generation. We need to preserve characters like these and the havens they provide.
