Members DRW50
I can't believe people like this are elected. So stupid. http://tpmmuckraker....ext.php?ref=fpb Edited February 25, 2012 by CarlD2
Members DRW50
Tea party hero Paul LePage, governor of Maine, is calling for a floor fight at the convention, and a new nominee. That a governor of a state is now calling for this shows just how disliked these candidates are. http://www.politico.com/blogs/burns-haberman/2012/02/lepage-wants-floor-fight-in-tampa-115535.html Edited February 25, 2012 by CarlD2
Members Max
More liberal media s#it about a brokered convenion: http://news.yahoo.co...-200209608.html Beginning in March of 2008 (when Obama became the front-runner), Obama faced humilating losses in big state primaries such as OH, TX, PA, and IN (not to mention a handful of smaller states) yet I can't seem to recall the term "brokered convention" being used on a daily basis. (To clarify, Obama won the TX caucuses, but Hillary won the much more delegate-rich TX primary.) But, now that Romney may lose MI, every news agency seems to speculate that a brokered convention is a foregone conclusion. I believe that the liberal media's dream is not only to see a brokered convention, but also to see either Palin or Cheney (the two Republicans they hate the most) wind up as the nominee after all the dust settles. Members DRW50
The media loves Sarah Palin. I am not sure if Gov. LePage is a member of the liberal media. Or Chris Christie. http://www.latimes.c...s+-+Politics%29 Edited February 26, 2012 by CarlD2
Members DRW50
Meanwhile, Republicans are encouraging Romney to brag about his wealth, flaunt it even, to be like Trump. Is this really what is seen as the ideal today?? Remember when only out of touch San Francisco liberals or Massachusetts liberals were supposed to want to talk about money? http://2012.talkingpointsmemo.com/2012/02/more-like-donald-trump-romney-stops-apologizing-for-being-rich.php?ref=fpa
Members Max
Outside of the Murdoch owned media and talk radio, the only "love" the media has is that they love to hate her. How is Paul LePage a media darling? 98-99% of the country has never even heard of him.
Members DRW50
I never said he was. The media makes $$$ off her. She also loves to taunt them, which gets a good response. Witness their crazy behavior during her bus tour last year.
Members Max
Carl, I sincerely apologize for misrepresenting or misinterpreting your views, but I thought you were suggesting that LePage might be a media darling with this quote: Edited February 27, 2012 by Max
Members DRW50
You said the liberal media are the ones pushing a brokered convention. I said I don't think LePage (who said that he wants a floor fight and a new nominee) is a member of a liberal media.
Members Max
For some reason, I thought that you were earlier hinting or suggesting that LePage was a media darling. (You never explictly said that, I just assumed that you thought it.) I am so sorry if I offended you in any way. Members JackPeyton
I am not trying to attacks republicans, but honestly who the [!@#$%^&*] is running on their side that anyone can logically vote for? They all seem so vile and hateful. I say this as someone who honestly is in the middle on a lot of issues and could vote either way. There just appears to be no option, for me anyways. So i am genuinely curious.

Members DRW50
I'm very surprised to see George Will being so disdainful of Republicans and their plans. I love the calling out of high gas prices when you drive a gas guzzler.
Members DRW50
Ann Coulter is predicting Jeb Bush will enter the race. She must have heard something if she's speaking up. She supports Romney. She's not a Jeb fan, as you can tell by her comments. http://www.politico.com/blogs/politico-live/2012/02/coulter-predicts-jeb-bush-hopes-to-enter-race-115558.html
