If you enjoy torture, watch As the World Turns!

I like Luke when he's not a raging bitch with a stick stuck up his ass. Maybe if he had something else stuck up there......well, you can finish that if you want to. I liked that little beginning scene with him and Ethan doing some lame handshake that you could only find in Oakdale.

And hmm...I suppose Janet is the spawn of Satan because she's helping Emma with dinner?

Pretty much sums up today's show. I don't take ATWT seriously anymore. Goutman and Pissy have ruined it for me. Josie/Paul/Dusty [!@#$%^&*] is so unwatchable. I just change the channel when they come on. Why are we going through Carly/jack/Janet when Carjack isnt the endgame? Is Jack that much of an [!@#$%^&*] that he would forget Parker was born on the day he is planning his rushed wedding to Janet??

Luke is just a prick!! The acting today was bad. I hate when his acting becomes gayish....LOL.

Poor Emma and Lucinda stuck to do nothing in today's eppy. How I miss the Douglas Marland Thanksgivings.

I actually enjoyed most of the homey feeling as the Snyders gathered around Emma's augmented table. I FLOVE the tradition of the Hubbard squash cutting...but I've always wondered why they seem to cut it right before dinner. Even if you hacked that thing into managable pieces, it would take time to bake. And I'll give them props for at least mentioning missing family members. And creating a less annoying V-8 tie-in than GL.

I can't believe how everyone was dropping off their alcohol purchases with Luke. Sigh...maybe if he was in kollegde, he'd be smart enough to put vodka in his mug instead of beer.

Janet? Spawn of the Devil? Well....no....that's Emily...but a pushy, loudmouthed annoying bitch---definitely. It's not anymore "cute" than Katie's childish behaviors...and I can imagine what would be said if Carly had acted the same exact way. TIIC can talk up how "sincere" Janet is all they want. They're not doing her any favors by painting her as desperate and annoying as they do.

Liked the Carly/Jack/Sage scenes. As annoyed as I am that Sage finally kissed Janet's ring, at least she got to be with her parents.

Paul...yeah. I knew the Whack Job would surface sooner or later. He was actually kind of scary today. It's the nicey-nice Paul that's a waste of time.

LOL...I forgot...floved Noah's Mr. Rogers' sweater.

The calls from Iva, Seth and Ellie were good. Remember the days when Lucinda wouldnt set foot at the Snyder Farm.

I couldnt believe no one noticed Luke was drunk. Hello!!!...why did only Brian smell his breath?? Noah was just as close as he was. Lucinda got a hug from Luke. Things like this drive me up the wall.

Yup, we get it. Janet is an angel and Carly is an evil devil bitch. We are getting the same thing we got with Katie vs Carly. Yet, the writers forget Janet did stuff to Jack that he would not have forgiven Carly for. Ugh...I hate that!

I just want Paul gone. Recast the role of Paul.

He did look gentleman like today didnt he. So royal....LOL....so grown up...LOL

I totally loved today's show. Goutman and Passante must have been out of town. The show featured all the stuff we never see anymore: people from different storylines actually interacting, phone calls from long-gone characters like Abigail, Ellie and Seth, and a LARGE ensemble. Kudos to everyone involved.

Yeah, it seems all of the Oakdale kids are jail bait. Let's see there is Sage, Casey, Adam, Chris, Luke, Noah(not an Oakdale resident but include him for lying to immigration..a crime of course...Allison(porn star..oh well include her), Emilion(shot Paul), Paul....oh well..next Dusty..a thug.....and now add Dani(Betsy's daughter of all people as a murderer) all former child prodigies ..now thugs/criminals in Oakdale..what fun! Must be the water in Oakdale that all the children in Oakdale become thieves, criminals etc.

I really want to know what the [!@#$%^&*] Goutman and Pissy are smokin!!

How could you forget Aaron being one of the Infamous Oakdum Three, when Hal thought he had torched the Snyder barn with Will in it? Other than that, Aaron's kept his nose pretty clean. Personally, I think he's just too dumb to do more than jaywalk.

    • Christian Streaty wrote her second freelance script today on Days. Surprised they gave the first funeral episode to a newbie.
    • And the third thing, which I have no cite for, and I may look to see if one is findable, but supposedly she said that the show had too much gay content in it. And, to be fair, that could be someone making a criticism about balance & not be bigotry but when it's added to the other, that's why it bugs people.

The greatest tv series season finale in history.
    • Mick Savage was sooo unbearable. And more unbearable was the reaction from the female characters to him - they were acting like he is God's gift to women and sooo irresistible. To a point of unbelievable cringe.
    • Today was a short one. Only 33 minutes.  The ‘Part One’ graphic at the beginning was pretty interesting though. I didn’t expect them to do something like that.  I like how everything was focused around John and his family and friends. Again, the acting and the dialogue was very well done and well written. And I love that they were able to incorporate Drake’s, “swing for the fences” phrase into the script. It was nice seeing everyone interact with each other, especially characters who don’t often share scenes together. It felt like every character was part of a big family or community. Plus, an outdoor funeral in June makes a lot more sense than an outdoor funeral in December.  But yeah, it’s very, very strange that Will isn’t at the funeral, especially since we know that

I would much rather he had been there today. And, where’s Anna too? And Jack and Jennifer? What was the point of bringing them all back if they weren’t going to attend the funeral? I expected Steve to want to close down BlackPatch, though I’d rather he just retire and let Paul take it over. But I like that Kayla was there to comfort him. I wonder if he’s going to change his mind at some point.  It was nice seeing Shane again too. Now, he just needs to have more scenes with his son lol but I enjoyed seeing him comfort Marlena. I’m not really sure about his interaction with Cat though? Was it really necessary for this to happen now, at John’s funeral? They could’ve waited a little longer to introduce this story arc.  Btw, was Tate bleeding from his head in his first scene with Arianna?
    • This is the coldest early June in my life. It's like it's January.

    • Now this strikes me as funny. I have it up on my acct. The thing is I only have S2. Didn't want either 1 or 3.  Perhaps I should just list all of these that I have up.  Parodies: Dirty Sexy Money, Filthy Rich Incomplete: The Monroes, All That Glitters, Falcon Crest (have all just not all up), Once & Again S2 only Complete: Models Inc, Pasadena, Pacific Palisades, Paper Dolls, Flamingo Road
    • This is wonderful! Thank you for posting this! I loved the first two seasons and never got to see the final season when they cancelled the DVD release. I've been hoping this popped up on streaming but no luck. Happy I'll finally get to see how it ended!
