It makes no sense at all. Zach had no reason to decide that Ryan should get custody of Emma when Annie has been a good mother all along, mentally healthy or not (and seriously, if he were doing it for that reason, he should have called social services to take Spike when Kendall used him in her plot against Greenlee). The doctor can not testify against Annie in court unless she agrees to let him.

As far as the rest of this episode:

Colby really needs to be recast fast! This girl seemed to be improving a few weeks ago, but she was just awful the past two days.

I'm thrilled that Fusion was forced to close down. I hope it's permanent!

Beth Ehlers was fantastic when she realized Brot hadn't mentioned her to his mother and I too was annoyed by the other actress bugging her eyes out.

Rylee continue to suck together but at least imo it was entertaining when Aiden thought they were kissing instead of Jake & Amanda. I'm rooting for him to get revenge (with Annie's help) in the near future.
