OMG. That whole thing pissed me off royally. I thought that damn ring was some piece of tin the way Cane handed it to Chloe on Friday. And when Lily saw it, it further solidified my assumption, until she went on and on about how it was a family heirloom blah blah blah. Wait... NOT BLAH, BLAH, BLAH!!

If the guy I'm in love with hands off this gorgeous ring to some crazy trick (ah Dru), I'd choke her and never speak to that guy again. But Lily goes and kisses him after seeing that?? And she calmly explains the meaning of the ring to her dad?? Why the hell didn't Cane go to a jeweler and get a cubic zirconia? Why the hell when Jill saw the ring, didn't she let Cane have it? The only person who responded realistically was Chloe and she's crazy!!

The sad fact about this whole story is that I didn't even remember this happened until you wrote it, Greg's GL. A central character like Lily finds out her former fiance handed her engagement ring to a woman that just about everyone hates, and not only does Lily not care, I don't either.

<_<

^^ The way you put it, rhythm, makes this SL seem SO odd. Now I'm wondering if Jill, Lily and Cane are not in on some plan to trap Chloe and get her out of their lives for good!

(A part of me, though, is hoping Chlo-Crazy starts growing on Cane when they live together).

 Not freakin out.

Nothing against feet (as long as they are clean and odor-free, of course). My beef was that we had Brandon Beemer on B&B drop his towel (good) and the camera panned down to his cheap-ass K-Mart clogs (bad). Maybe it's just me but if you are going to show off a banging bod, why not go the whole way and step out of the crocs, too?

Greg Rikaart's feet? Looked very nice. In fact, the fact that everybody was barefoot at the Ashram made sense.

I loved the haunting, but that was only done for Sabrina's death---Nikki seeing her there and then receiving a phone call. Irizarry said nothing about doing any other ghost scenes, so I'm pretty sure he's done. And David remains in that pile, hopefully forever.

I'm sure they'll continue the fall off the wagon after the Mexico stuff is done.

Thanks dmarex. I thought maybe you would have some insight. And IA, hopefully David remains in the pile. But don't you think it would have been good to see a few more of Nikki's nightmares with him? The first one was so good, it just made me want to see more!

And it looks like we will have some good Adam and Heather scenes today. :):):)

    • While I do love the chaotic energy that is Kat vs Lesile, it is a bit extra. Sheltered, virginal Kat who plays it safe from her man to her wardrobe understands that Leslie is dangerous, but she's out here showing up everywhere and anywhere that Lesile is to be found and actively going to places where she is alone? I mean Kat doesn't even act a little afraid or intimidated by Leslie. Meanwhile, big Ole Derek out here begging for his and Ashley's life to Jacob.  As for Dani, I didn't see it that way. Dani and Bill were together for 30 years and shared a family. I believe there was real love there at one point. Bill is still an ass and Dani is still crazy, but realizing she may lose him and her daughter's may lose their dad definitely struck a chord.
    • Funny I randomly saw Kami’s lengthy post about the 44th anniversary of the Walton’s finale last week pop up in my news feed on Facebook. A few inaccuracies to her post but overall it was pretty insightful and interesting to read.
    • Well, depending on rewrites...Jennifer Richards potentially slept with Brandon and Alan. It does feel like we're forgetting someone, but then again, maybe I'm confusing that with brothers, which would include a lot more.
    • Maybe it’s me, and the fact that RC isn’t at the helm, but since Cwikly and Ford have taken over I’ve noticed the show doing a lot of things differently directing wise, and since the storyline of John’s demise began, the show has been using different scores, and dare I say better ones than this time last year. It’s interesting and I wonder if the any of it is Noel Maxam’s influence before being promoted.
    • I think Nicole is about to figure out what's going on between Andre and Dani.
    • @Efulton thank you. I don't know how I missed it or didn't recall it.  I'll blame amnesia . Anyway @Errol Could the newer thread be merged to the existing? Thanks in advance.
    • I just finished watching and I have to admit, not once did I find myself wondering who wasn't there. Quick question for anyone who followed this better than I did: was it only Andrew who rescued Cat and John from Clyde, or was Shane involved too? The reactions during their scenes today felt a little off to me. I know it was meant to be vague, but I didn't find it strange that they already knew each other.
    • Yeah, financially, Luna is in better shape than Deacon and Sheila.   -- Scott Clifton must have decided to chew the scenery in every scene of this "Liam is Dying" storyline. Yikes.
    • If J.R. wasn't busy with Ewing Oil, he'd be a heckuva soap recapper. He was SO gleeful at recapping Jenna-Bobby-Pam when the trio and Mark encountered each other at the Oil Baron's Ball. That being said, Lucy, presumably Sue Ellen and maybe Ray should all know this story, or at least part of it. Lucy was definitely at Southfork during Jenna and Bobby's relationship, and I believe Sue Ellen was about to marry J.R. around the time Jenna jilted Bobby. (Ray might not have given a damn.)
