Yes it was!

Great clip tho the sound is kind ahard to make out :( AMazing that they actually gave shows SO long to showcase their writing back then. Also it's kinda telling that AMC used a comic based scene when the others went for full out drama (who's in bed with Erica?) And the last time Gordon RUssell got a nom for OLTL (he died much earlier that year :( )

Truly it just shows how good the writing was--I woulda been happy with any of those shows winning (yes even GH which I'm not a fan of and was startign to get really over the top by then--I know Pat Falken did those kinds of stories better than anyone else)
