My ATWT/GL crossover idea

I would make Buzz Cooper actually be Tom Hughes, because they both served in Vietnam. In my scenario they met each other in the field, and when Buzz died, Tom took over his identity to escape Oakdale, the small town he grew up in, because he heard stories of Buzz's wife and son and wanted that for himself. He sent a brainwashed soldier who'd been mentally tortured (à la the Manchurian Candidate) to play him while he left for Springfield

I think it'd mesh awesome because Justin Deas played Tom and now plays Buzz

what do you think?

Though it'd let Justin get his job back on ATWT just in time for GL's cancellation :P

Just so many kinds of no, I'm sorry but that's something that Goutman would LOVE, and that to me is a scary thought(no offense to you)

Goutman wouldn't dare give Tom and Margo a real and actual story of their own though...

And Justin Deas has gotten so bad over the years, I wonder what happened. He used to be one of the best actors on daytime, now he's way too over the top in his performances.

As for ian's story, just no. LOL! Buzz's introduction into Springfield was one of the best and most moving stories Nancy Curlee ever told at GL. I would hate for GL and ATWT's history to be even more offended than it already is in both current state of both shows.
