Maxie is an idiot. She doesnt know where Louisanna is? Ever heard of Hurrican Katrina?

I wish Sam had pressed charges on Monica bc she needs a serious wakeup call. WTH is wrong with her? She should not get a free pass bc she's had way to many chances here. She's nearly killed at least 2 people bc of her drunken negligence and after being confronted with one of those, what does she do? Get drunk and drive which is how she nearly killed that person. She is a danger and menace to herself and those around her. Im glad its in the police report that she was drinking and I hope she faces some consequences. I doubt she will face jail time, but I hope she loses her liscense. If not then the hospital deserves to be sued for keeping her on

Loved the Sam/Lucky scenes. They really care for each other. Loved the hug. WTH was up with them disappearing from the episode though. They were the best part for the 2 segments they were around

Sam pressing charges on anyone for anything would be funny.

Maxie & Kate are amazing. They are love. They are... there are no more words. FIERCE. yes thats the word. I loved that Kate saw herself in Maxie. I cant wait to see more of this relationship. Maxie & Spin were super cute yesterday. I love that friendship.

Kate Howard is so amazing. She even makes me feel something for sonny. I kinda love them together, and i do not want to.

Jax & Carly were also great. I love and hate them at the same time.

Trevor/Claudia/Ric/Borianna all need to go.

You can say that again. All they managed to do with that lame s/l was make it look as if Sam is only interested in justice if Elizabeth is the one being punished.

They really need to call it a day with the lame scenes with Jason and co. because all it does is highlight their lazy writing. Yesterday they have Sam limping over to go see Jason because he summoned her (which in itself was stupid since he could have sneaked up on her and told her that Monica hit her). File that under lazy writing--useless scene. Because their lazy writing tends to make Lucky look more stupid they struck again when Sam told him that Monica was the one who hit her. Uhmm how is it that she remembered Elizabeth hitting her and the idiot cop wasn't allowed to bring that to her attention because it would require some actual writing to get him from that to wanting to sleep with her. He could have just said that he can overlook everything she's done because he misses having sex with her. And Elizabeth should tell him to do his thing but her wittle children that she's been lying to protect can't be part of that reunion. She should stop coddling him and let him be a man.

Her ability to make him tolerable has worn off for me but that's because Sonny is written to be more noticeably stupid. The only two that seem to be able to play the mob thing off right now are Trevor and Jason. Johnny is making Sonny look more stupid and they're all a bunch of caricatures. What was Sonny's issue with Kate on today's show because it sounded like a bunch of meaningless babbling to me. He made a truce with the Zaccharas to keep Kate safe and make her feel comfortable? Alrighty then....and crack is good too. Sonny is too pathetic. He needs something to do other than being in love and having his rages. The lazy writing today had him not question Ric about why he signed over the piers to Trevor instead of whining about how it messes up his truce. So what???

I can't drum up sympathy for those two twits. Jax isn't a priority for Carly and he acknowledges it so his character is pathetic for standing in line behind Jason, Sonny, maybe the kids, and whatever scheme Carly can cook up.

I say keep Ric because Ric Hearst can really bring it and he does try to make something out of whatever they give him. SM is good as evil and he would make a good adversary but he's playing second fiddle to the puss in red boots and jr mafia. I can't buy that Ric would turn his life around and give up his pier for that boring woman but maybe his soul is in agony or something. Maybe his change is meant to be legitimate because they have been consistent with him so far. Claudia would work for me if she were a madam. The mafia should sue GH for making it look like such a bad joke. :D

I think Rick Hearst is amazing. He deserves an emmy for his performance with Trevor. I can't believe they can't find him a viable love interest because he should be on my screen everyday. His chemistry with Sarah Brown was off the charts as well. That would be an amazing pair up.

RH is great, Ric needs to go. His time had come years ago, IMHO. But i also can NEVER feel anything for him after chaning carly to a wall when prego.

I agree about sonny, but in little moments with kate i love him. Overall i hate him.

Maxie & Robin tomorrow. yay!

IA with JackPeyton. The character of Ric stopped being interesting YEARS ago. Right now he's bland and boring and while Ric Hearst is doingn an amazin job with the horrible writing, I fail to see anthign in the character worth exploring. I simply dont care

Its about giving this woman a wakeup call. She needs to face teh music with what she's doing bc she's putting everyone around her at risk with her drinking. Monica needs to be stopped before she actually does kill someone. She was shown on the showing DRINKING and DRIVING twice on screen and Im sure she's done it a whole lot more. Take any hatred for Sam aside, bc she isnt the issue here. There is absolultely NO excuse for what Monica continues to do bc anyone that is careless and stupid enough to do that deserves whats coming for them. I have no sympathy for those caught for that. Add that to the fact that she is operating on people while intoxicated, well Monica should face the law

wow. we almost never agree, so when we do it shocks me! none the less, i like that we always disagree. it gives somethign to debate about.

and Monica does deserve to be punished for the crime she commited. i am not saying it was okay or it doesnt matter because it was against sam. and i couldnt agree more with what you posted. HOWEVER, i do find the fact that sam thinks people need to be punished for the crimes the commit funny. that would be like sonny preaching about how breaking the law is wrong.

that is true and i dont know how i feel on sam not pressing charages on monica. tho it is obvious she only cared who hit her when she thought it was Liz. now if liz had hit her would she feel the same way as she does about it being monica? nope.

and i just want lucky away from all these people. idk where to put him, but bumbling cop used as a ploy is not working. and i love lucky and GV. i alsow ant sam gone from the jason/liz angle.. move her to alexis' storyline or a cassadine storyline or anything not all about jason and liz.

and we do agree about some things.. like todd manning. lol.

^ What he/she said. I can see I am in a minority, but I love both the actor and the character. If he were a lead instead of a supporting character (and the same goes for Alexis and Diane), I truly think GH would be a far more interesting show. Plus there is so much left to develop with Ric. Unfortunately, TIIC would rather mine that tired Sonny/Carly/Jason routine.

    • Do I promise that I left that conversation? Yeah, sure, if you want to call it a promise. It just wasn't going anywhere. It's also not a big deal.
    • What do you mean?  Sarah told Xander about the drug as soon as she found out about it, and before eating the scone.   She also told Xander not to buy the hospital in March because the impending lawsuits from the sabotaged set of Body & Soul would eventually lower the price of the hospital.  In fact, she called it a money pit at the time, and now she and her daughter stand to make a fortune. Just as, she knew that Philip's claim to the fortune were both fraudulent, and a good distraction to keep Xander from making a bid until the time was right... Even more proof that Dr. Sarah Horton-Kirakis is the true evil genius of Salem.
    • Now what was I just talking about? lol. I was not expecting to see Jacob today.    VERNON!!!!!!! LOL.
    • No Tea. No Shade. Just facts. Oooo...Kat vs Eva...the gift that keeps on giving.   I can't believe we are getting friction between Andre and Nicole. That said...loving these scenes.
    • LOL!!! We have no reason to think they are not hygienic!!!
    • Annnnd it's time!!!   Oooo more developing of the Anita story.   Bill and these hand moments.   OOOOOOOOO...it's a Jazmen episode!!!   So Nicole is hitting the anger part of her grief, I see.    Hehe. TIDE sighting!!
    • -- Kai spends more time in the hospital than anyone I know. I've never seen a patient held back from being discharged like this guy. -- All this concern over Lulu's adoption story is wild. Just what in the hell in that story will upset people? Am I missing something?
    • Except she was the last to know yesterday
    • While I'm waiting for the new episode to start...let's talk about yesterday's episode.   I honestly really loved it. THIS is what I mean when I talk about how there should be an A story that is dealing with its fallout while the next A story is being built. And then there was even a C plot going on.    The fallout from the Silk Press Sheila/Eva reveal continued. And there were so many elements in play. Beats were being played. And I loved every moment of it. Ted/Eva defiantly going to the country club and being more successful at it than Bill&Hayley. I love that Ted is willing to fight for his marriage. I really want to see where it goes. I didn't like the town gossip, cuz we already have one in Nosy Nurse, but she did keep the tension up. The Nicole/Dani dynamic as sisters being in play...and I'll be in the minority and say that while Dani was Dani, I didn't find her being self-absorbed at all in those scenes. She has already been established as being willing to go there. For herself. AND her sister. So her going in on Ted and Eva was like her. Her dragging her sister out of the house was also like her. No problems. And I can't say how much I loved Jan getting her moment with Silk Press Sheila. Not to mention how much I LOOOOOOVE the showdown between SilkPress and Eva at Orpheny Gene in front of everybody!!!! Giving old school soap. And SilkPress's warning she got more up her sleeve (with a snap) was delicious. And awww at Martin comforting Eva. Kat ain't going to like that.   Speaking of Martin...IT'S HAPPPPENIIIIINGGGGGG!!! Now we are getting words from the night in question. So good to see them FINALLY building out that OTHER A story they started. And good on Martin for backing out from the presidency. I already said I love that the writers found a plausible reason for him to back out. The plot point served its purpose...to get a sense of Martin's personality. Now that he's been built up so we know what to expect from him, no need for it. Moreso since SilkPress's presence will continue to trigger that secret right out of him. Fingers crossed.   And while all that goodness was going on...we got a B plot in the form of Doug/Joey/Vanessa. I like it. It's been allowed to grow. All POVs have been seen except for Joey's really. So seeing him put Doug on the hook officially (so this should be climaxing by end of May then since Doug has one week?) because he wants Doug to move money through Vanessa's business. I continue to wonder where it will go now that I know (and apparently missed it) what Joey's endgame is. I mean...will Doug do it? Will Joey get payback on Vanessa? Or will Vanessa fall into Joey's bed? I feel the show has done a good job developing Doug and Vanessa enough that I am invested in the story. Sidenote...ask and I shall receive aka Dani/Vanessa brief moment at the country club. I really miss them together.    As for the C plot...well...I'm in the minority as well. I actually liked the Ashley/Derek scenes. Not cuz the typical soap himbo scenes...lol...but it was just a nice counterpoint from the other stories going on. And it was just nice to have an episode with A, B, and C stories going on and NOT be jarring and ALSO no quick cuts to another scene. It FLOWED. I actually like Ashley and while her last appearances in solo Derek scenes were DOA, I felt there was more going on. At least this time. It was building on what was already growing...Ashley's annoyance at Derek moving in. Derek...being a typical guy. I am hoping that will go somewhere. And I love that we got another Jan/Ashley scene. At the moment, it's the only thing giving us a clue to Ashley's inner life. That said...I really do want to see her out of her story bubble. There's so much potential with her and her career as a nurse. Moreso given what's going on there.    As for the mysterious stranger...well...I wonder how they are going to play it. Since most of us (but not all so not discussing it farther) know a bit about him.    As for the coda...it is bittersweet now knowing it was Maurice's last scenes. I mean...what do you all think? A nice point for him to stop? We got to see Eva accepting by the father she always wanted to be with since Day 1. Nicole looks on. Quite soapy.
