March 14, 200818 yr Member We sure do! Strange but true. To each his own. I don't like repetitveness.
March 14, 200818 yr Member I dont think the show is moving slow. it is moving the way it had moved before LML came and ruined it. LML had some slow and repeitive weeks too.

March 14, 200818 yr Member LML had some slow and repeitive weeks too. That's an understatement. She repeated her crap stories and scenes driving the sh*te whilst speeding up the really intersting bits and reveals like Cane being Jill's son.. As for the pace: I don't find it too slow at all. I actually find it still to fast. it's much better and the magazine stuff is a nice relief because it has all the right ingredients of beginning, middle and expected climax for the 35th aniversary show...

I agree. The pace is just right, especially the development of Adam's character. How he nonchalantly told Neil yesterday he'd use his picture as a backup? That's genius.
March 14, 200818 yr Member Victoria's going to LOVE her father and her friend becoming an item. Film at 11. The gimmicky casting is interesting, from Fischerspooner to Balki.
March 14, 200818 yr Member I enjoyed todays episode a lot. We seem to be moving forward now. The good thing about the new writers over LML is I'm actually interested in every storyline..even Amber is more interesting now.

The biggest feat Maria Arena Bell and Josh Griffith accomplished at Y&R thus far has been characterization. Suddenly, most of the characters are acting like themselves again, something Latham and her team failed miserably at.
March 14, 200818 yr Member That's all I'm going to add. You should be banned because of this. Banned for what....because I said the last two weeks have been slow and repetitive? If you didn't find them slow and repetitive then that's your opinion. That's why I said to each his own. Maybe you took something I said the wrong way but I'm not going to get into an argument over a tv show.

The only two people who I felt she changed a lot were Nikki and Dru. She changed Nikki back to herself eventually. However she made Dru so cartoonish. I should add Phyllis to that list as well. Her writing for Phyllis was all over the place.
March 14, 200818 yr Member IMO.....she's a Republican in Demorcat clothing. Really? I never really had a problem with her characterization. The only two people who I felt she changed a lot were Nikki and Dru. She changed Nikki back to herself eventually. However she made Dru so cartoonish. I should add Phyllis to that list as well. Her writing for Phyllis was all over the place. Basically Latham's writing for women characters was all over the place.........

March 15, 200818 yr Member ^^ Yeah especially with Stepford Phyllis I am so beyond sick of ghost John propping that nasty skank Globag I thought we were done with the ghost and then these writers had to bring him back. He isn't as annoying as he was when LML was still writing though.
March 15, 200818 yr Member I dunno I think he still is. I pretty much am at the point Jack would just tell him to f*ck off
