Barack Obama Elected President!

What are you basing his "passing of a test" on. I am an American and I do not think he is ready to be president. The real test is on November 4. We will see then if he has past the test.

I'm basing it on the fact that he is kicking John Mccain's arse, not only in turnouts and polls, and he is also going to pass on November 4th. Mccain has thrown this election. I dont think he [barack]snubbed her[Hillary] but if that is the case, will you admit that Mccain snubbed Romney? Or Pawlenty? Or Crist?

Good point, BUT Obama is running against John McCain.

Right he is running against John McCain, the same old Washington politics. The same failed policies of Bush. Forgetful John McCain. Tell me who's really ready to be President. The young guy, open to learning new things, or the old guy with his head too far up his ass to want to actually be open to other ideas, but would rather latch on with the failures, and the reasons we are in this crap now.

McCain actually had a lead in the polls during the Democratic Convention and after Obama's naming of Biden. That was unpresidented in modern history. No candidate has lost ground after naming their running mate.

He did get a jump after his speech, but that will most likely fade after the RNC and the Palin announcement.

Sure. He did snub everyone that he did not pick. But, I do not believe any Romney, Pawlenty, Huckabee, Crist, Ridge or Giuliani supporters ever threatened to vote for Obama. Only Hillary supporters have expressed their intention to step across the aisle.

Obama received a 10 point bounce in the Gallup poll.

BEFORE his speech. :)

Good post. I guess since McCain has his head up his ass, it would be fair of me to call Obama a good orator but also an empty suit with no substance.

I disagree about McCain being the same old Washington politics. He is known for going with his gut and swaying from the GOP. He is a maverick who has his own agenda.

Then you've got some reading to do. The only reason you know that Hillary supporters threatened to jump was because it was what you were seeing on TV. Join a few sites, you'll see that the same is going for Mccain which is why I believe he has doomed himself with this decision. With that being said, I highly doubt that Mccain's place in the polls will go up with this decision. I would like to know, How do you snub someone because you dont pick them? And Barack picked Joe Biden, a former competition in the primaries, so everyone else was snubbed?

You can call Obama anything you want to. Just put "President" before it.

Obama clearly defined his plans Thursday night. Mccain has only agreed with President Bush. Al Gore said at the convention in regards to John Mccains stance "I believe in recycling, but this is ridiculous!!"

What sites? This is the first I've heard of this.

How do you snub someone that is not picked? Are you serious? You are acting like this is the first you are hearing of the Clintons and their supporters being upset about this.

How so?

Go read CNN.com, MSNBC, heck even Foxnews(gasps). I have heard of the Clinton fans being upset about this, but what they do not know and I do know is that Hillary is getting a hookup by President Obama. Once they realize that, they can pull their heads out and get on the Obama bandwagon. I also dont think as many Hillary fans are as mad as the media is making us believe either.

I dont have to read what other people thought of his speech on news sites. I watched it. I didnt see or hear any outline of real plans what so ever. I was asking you how he outlined his plan. You said he did.

Are you an insider of the Obama campaign? How do you know Hillary is getting a "hookup". She was speaking last Wednesday for her own political expediency. The day of Obama's speech Bill Clinton was quoted as saying Obama is a "Chicago thug". Bill Clinton is a political genious who is now painting himself cleverly as a loose cannon. He is now doing Hillary's dirty work. They are NOT going to do any further campaigning for Obama. They want him to lose so that Hillary can run in 2012.

You know.....

Even Fox News debunked that notion that Obama would raise taxes, calling it a lie.

Now, if FOX NEWS calls that a lie......

Ok Casey, I just read about it and Bill Clinton did not say that!!! An aide close to him said Bill believes Barack thinks like that. Still a little jacked up, but Bill did not say it. I'm so torn though because on one hand I think Hillary and Bill's loyalty comes with a price, but at the same time, I just dont trust the Clinton's. But in the tradition of keeping an argument with you going, Hillary for the Supreme Court!!
