I think it could be similar to the way OLTL did their credits when Ron Carlivati was made co-head writer. Instead of them putting them together like they do for Co-Heads on AMC or GH, they had a large space between Dena's name and Ron's name.

I thought it was unfair, too. Then, when you think about it, Toups also has a kind of Brabara Bloom/Brian Frons breathing behind his neck telling him what to do, what to tell and when. Which is totally OK.
