In my opinion: BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL! Bringing Kay Alden on board was the best thing Brad Bell has done in years!

The writing has improved markedly, more characters are now in frontburner SLs, the camp humor is back, bringing back the Logans as a rival family to the Forresters was a masterstroke, Patrick Duffy and Ally Mills are putting in sensational performances, and actors such as Susan Flannery and Katherine Kelly Lang have never been better!

B&B deserves a lot more than a 2.8 rating: it's being dragged down by the albatross of a ruined Y&R.

theres really not much of a question here bc its without a doubt B&B. Thats the only show that has remained consistantly great for months this year

It's either OLTL or B&B, imo. OLTL is on the upswing and B&B has been reinvigorated since KA joined the team.

Well I only watch Days, B&B and Y&R and right now B&B for me is number 1 followed closely by Y&R( it was really good last week) and then there's that distant 3rd Days But I hear OLTL is pretty good ( AT least B&B and OLTL are the least complained about here)

So I guess its B&B and OLTL

I would say B&B, with OLTL coming a very close second. B&B has been the picture of a perfect soap lately.

Among the people who still watch, apparently OLTL; but among the people who have tuned out due to the boringness that is now this show, not so much.

B&B has done a great job, though I feel like the stories go around in circles like any other show. Stephanie manipulates, Brooke throws herself at men and Taylor scoops up her rejects. In the wake of rape and realizing childhood abuse, nobody really changed. The addition of Ann and Pam Douglas was wonderful, but Donna does nothing for me. What became of Phoebe's singing career? That got as much follow through as Gwen's on ATWT. I forget which critic recently said no soap could claim the title of 2007's best, but I'd agree.

B&B is a lot of fun right now! I will check out OLTL though it's probably been a year or more since I watched that.

For my money the best soap is B&B without a doubt. I only watch OLTL sporadically and certainly think that it has improved 100% but I've always liked B&B and have found that Kay Alden's arrival really reinvigorated the show.

I agree with many of the posters about B&B being the best soap on the air right now. They have been utilizing a lot of the cast and vets. I have really enjoyed the mystery around who shot Stephanie. I love how everyone looked guilty in the beginning and each character is slowly being eliminated as the culprit. And the character of Pam is just too funny!!

I will say that I enjoyed Y&R last week for the first time in a little while. It seems like some of these storylines that have been going on for years are finally beginning to be wrapped up. And it is about time.

I didn't say, but I think if there's any show that I don't hate watching (close enough I guess), it would be B&B, but I don't watch that often any longer either.

B&B or OLTL. The rest of daytime can wake up and take some pointers from Ron and Kay. Because they are the only two that are giving us anything worth watching.
