But how is it being used? I don't get it.

They show it in montages every episode - and I mean every episode. Usually the montages deal with Jack/Erica, Zendall, Greenlee/Aidan, etc.

With the exception of a few episodes playing it in the middle segments, most of the time it's used to open the final segment of the show. They'll start the song and show the characters all sad and reflective. Usually they place the credits of the song at a time where it isn't too distracting or no one is talking. But eventually someone will start talking, the song goes to the background, and eventually it disappears before the episode ends. It's just a running theme more than a full-on montage.

Since no one has started a Tuesday episode thread - I'll just say it was boring as hell - EXCEPT Kudos to Cohen for writing some amazing dialogue for the Krystal/Adam scenes. That was powerful stuff with alcoholism and caring for your children.

Today was boring but it also had a LOT of good dialogue I thought so I kinda feel two ways of it--I'mg lad I watched lol if that makes any sense
