Interview w/ headwriters James Harmon Brown & Barbara Esensten...

Q: With the reveal that Kathy is Kate on the horizon, are Tad & Julia headed for romance?

A: "The predictable thing is Tad & Julia...but there may be some surprisises there." The h/w's love Stacy Haiduk (Hannah) & want to see how Hannah & Tad are together before moving ahead, but think the potential is there.

Eileen Herlie (Myrtle) has not been in the best of health, so it hasn't been feasible for Myrtle to be onscreen. A setside source reports that Herlie is expected to return to work soon.

Q: Will the teens get a bona fide s/l soon?

A: S/L emphasis on Ryan, Greenlee, Annie, Kendall, & Zach (at least the writers ADMIT that AMC is the RyAnnie/Greenlee/Zendall hour) has sort of crowded them out, but in December look for stories involving the band members - Dre, Corrina, & Ren).

The fan favorites that have been rumored to return are a family that has been absent on AMC for a while, that would tie in to some young characters that haven't been played as much as the h/w's want them to, & that would answer some of the problems that AMC has had w/ racial diversity. SOD speculates that AMC plans to bring back the Santos family.

Thumbs Up:

He Said/She Said brings a return to romance & fun for Erica & Jack, a beloved duo.

What Will Happen:

Greenlee wonders if JR might be telling her the truth.

Kendall forces Greenlee to relive the night of Spike's accident.

Adam & Krystal's anger gives way to an entirely different feeling.

Sound Off:
