Interesting Day at Work

So I won't say where I work, but part of my job is sorting through the mail, which we get a lot of. Imagine my surprise when one of the letters I got was from a person called "Juliet Law Packer." I dunno if it was the same one who writes soaps, but what are the odds of there being two? She lives in Pelham, NY

Is J.L Packer currently working in daytime? She was an associate head writer on AMC but left back sometime in 2005.

I bet its the same one considering she lives in New York.

Well, what are you waiting, Juppiter?!?! Write her a letter, send it by express mail or something, and tell us if she wrote back! I bet she would be delighted to answer your questions! :D I'm not kidding!

WEDDINGS: Juliet L. Packer, William M. Kutik

Published: February 11, 1996

Juliet Law Packer, a writer for the ABC-TV soap opera "The City," was married yesterday to William Martin Kutik, a marketing consultant. The retired Episcopal Bishop of Western Massachusetts, Andrew F. Wissemann, the bride's uncle, officiated at the Cosmopolitan Club in New York. Rabbi Roy A. Rosenberg took part in the ceremony.

Ms. Packer, 43, who is keeping her name, was a head writer for the CBS-TV soap opera "As the World Turns." She graduated from Princeton University and received a master's degree in film and television from Northwestern University. She is a daughter of Virginia W. Packer of Winnetka, Ill., and the late Charles W. Packer, who was a vice president of Leo Burnett Advertising in Chicago. She is also a descendant of the Pilgrims Priscilla Mullens and John Alden.

Mr. Kutik, 46, owns Kutik Communications, a computer-industry marketing company in New York. He was a reporter at The Daily News in New York. He graduated from Harvard University. He is the son of Paul Kutik of London and the late Beatrice Sudnow. The bridegroom's father, who is retired, was a real estate developer in Aspen, Colo.

Pelham's nice! Wonder what she's doing now. Is she still writing?
