Members Cheap21 Posted May 15, 2007 Members Share Posted May 15, 2007 who saw the show this past weekend? OMG, it was the BEST SNL in ages. I loved it, I loved it, I loved it! Man how I missed Molly. It was so great to see her reprise her old characters. Loved seeing Mary Catherine and especially Sally O Malley again. MS is still so funny. And how great was her teaming up with Amy Poehler's character Natalie as her mother? Hilarious!She needs to guest host at least once a season. Unless I'm under a rock and don't know something, she's not THAT much bigger than her SNL days, right? Now, THAT would be inspired casting. I thought it was funny that even though its been about 10 years since she played the character, Sally O Malley is still 50 years old. LOL. And how great were those McGruber skits? My favorite new character this season is Penelope, the one that tries to one up everyone by overbragging and making stuff up. I cracked up when she said she gave birth to her cat baby.
