What is the story between Donna and Gina regarding the death of Donna's father????

Ah, Gina(V. Marcil, right?).

It turns(ed) that Gina was in fact Donna's half sister, not her cousin, as they were led to believe. Donna's dad had an affair with her mom's sister and thus we got Gina. I'm pretty sure that is the jist of it.

When he died, I'm not exactly sure what that brought about between the two of them. I just watched it last year, but it's slipped my mind.

After Donna found out Gina was her sister she tried to become closer to her, she also tried to have Gina have a closer relationship with their father. Mr. Martin died of a heart attack while exercising with Gina so everyone blamed Gina for the death. But at the funeral Gina stepped up to help Donna with her eulogy so from there we were to assume that they had mended fences and she left.

Thanks guys! Soapfan I saw everything when Donna was blaming Gina, I didn't know how she was the half-sister or how he died.
