If John O'Hurley (or Rosie) becomes the new host for "The Price is Right," I'll definitely turn it off after watching it for the last 17 years.

Todd Newton is OBVIOUSLY the best choice for the job. He has nearly 10 years of game show experience, thus he already has a huge following in the game show community. The younger fans love him, the older fans love him, he's just an all-around great host. I could see him doing the show for years to come. If the show is able to make it through the transitional period, he could easily carry the show through another 35+ years. And by then, he'd still be over 10 years younger than what Bob is now.

Wow, I have never heard of this Todd Newton character. Googled him though, saw pictures of him -- HATE HIM. He doesn't have the right look.

I don't mind him at all when he's NOT hosting a game show.......

The only thing I want to see John O'Hurley do in daytime is play Eric's brother, John Forrester, on THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL.

John O'Hurley did the last version of one of my favorite game shows:To Tell The Truth. Paula Poundstone and Meshach Taylor were panelists. He was awful!. Haven't seen him on Feud yet and I won't watch it.

Todd Newton seems to be a good choice or maybe Chuck Woolery.

OMG, I totally forgot about TO TELL THE TRUTH! I don't even remember John O'Hurley because Paula Poundstone was was THAT terrible! She would often slur her words and ask really inane questions that got the panel nowhere. It looked like she was drunk or drugged during every taping.

What has Fremantle/Pearson done to the Goodson/Toddman gameshow lot?! Every revival that was developed without the guidance of Mark Goodson has tanked miserably.

This is why I worry so much about Bob Barker's replacement! Because those jackasses at Fremantle have no idea how to keep a game show traditional. What may work for Harry Friedman at WHEEL may not work for everyone else.
