B&B: Ashley & the others

I have recently got back into B&B since Ashley joined the cast of characters. I have watched this show since the distant forresters was on, Maggie & Jessica. Its been great so far. I love the way B&B did Ashley's conversation with Traci a few weeks ago, instead of having Ashley on the phone talking away, they had Beth Matiland make an appearance as Traci. I am so hoping for scene with Ashley and Kristen Forrester, since both look alike or what if Brooke's mother come back to the show in the form of Marla Adams who played Ashley's mother on Y&R. Anyway I don't like the love story of Ashley with Rick, I would rather see her with Storm or Thorne. Questions: Who is the Shane character that is supposed to be dead? Is he connected to any of the vets? Are they going to adknowledge Darlene Conley's death on the show??

Shane saw Taylor hit and kill Darla with her car. When he was plotting to blackmail the family, he started to like Phoebe.

They haven't said anything regarding Sally, other than she is traveling.

That's actually incorrect.

Sally's demise hasn't been handled by the show. Whereas Brad Bell said in an interview that Sally would be travelling the world, the last mentioning of Sally on the shows was on a rather sad note. When CJ showed up for brief visit in LA in February, he mentioned that he has to visit his mom who's very sick...

PS: I also FLOVE Marla Adams as Dina Mergeron. She was always fabulous - however when she stepped in as Brooke's mom Beth Logan for a short time on B&B she was TOTALLY miscast.
