I actually like the colors of the board...It does look kind a modern, but it kinda makes me do a double-take all at the same time till I see the name in the corner....

I normally don't disagree with you but this time I have to, I don't think you saw the stuff that this person posted, it was alot worse than anything I have ever seen posted before at SON. It was early in the morning so it was removed before alot of members saw it, but trust me if I was an administrator I would not have taken what was said lightly at all either

Yes she got banned. She violated the SON Rules. As I told you before Dusty, you can't get rid of people for things they did before a system of rules was put into place, but they can be punished for what they do after.

The rules are working IMO. Instead of using "judgment" on whether or not to take action, there is a system in place that they can refer to.

Only a few more hours to go before I head off to my interview. Don't even know why I am nervous, considering I've done so many interviews in the past.

I agree. I have been speaking to her through PM's recently, and I liked her, but they stuff she said was not cool. She called out a member and a Staff member which is against the rules. I thought she was a good one, but things aren't always as they seem.

I wasn't saying that I thought she shouldn't get banned. She clearly said alot of things that were WWAAAYYY uncalled for!!!! But then I look at what others have said about the mods/admin and they're still here. But then again, it goes right back to Ryan's post....
