Eh. Jason is a murderer and a career criminal. That is how I can hate Jason and Liz and Jason and Sam. Jason is a cold hearted bastard. And he has LIED to her. He lied to her about Courtney running her down. Who the [!@#$%^&*] cares about the Sonny lie? Sam and Liz would be far, far, far, far, far better off with out Jason's miserable ass. The character of Jason is played out and just needs to die.
