I stopped watching DAYS in the early 90s a longtime friend of my mom's told me about Marlena being possessed. It sounded so outrageous I decided to tune back in and I'm glad I did. I loved the story, the music, and the SFX (it wasn't cheesy like it is now). It was a creepy story and the acting was good for that type of plot.

Woops my post got cut off!! LOL. Yeah I do remember it now as being a Friday cliffhanger, I just remember that at the end of Monday's episode she ended up levitating again, and like everyone said here, it was like WTF is going on!!

What I was saying before the post got cut off was that being spoiler free I was betting money that the desecrator was Stefano. I was so shocked when they showed Marlena all blacked up with green eyes!!
