I agree. The case was ruined right from the start with letting the family compromise the murder scene.

Mr Ramsey picked up JonBenet and carried her upstairs which could have destroyed any evidence.

It was no surprise that John Mark Karr's DNA didn't match.

Yeah, if there was a textbook on how to screw up a crime scene and an investigation, the Denver Police and Colorado would definitely be in it.

When the story first broke about Karr, I thought we finally had the killer and the Ramseys wouldn't be suspects anymore. Then when we learned all that weird stuff about him, I doubted he did it. Now we know he's not the one. So either a stranger is out there, still roaming free, or maybe John Ramsey really did do it and Patsy went to her grave knowing she helped him.

I don't believe she was involved in her daughter's death though---the only crime I find her guilty of is sexualizing her daughter in those beauty pageants. A six year-old girl was not meant to parade around in tons of makeup and sequins, sashaying on stage. That's a big invitation for perverts like Karr to latch on to her, and in a way, he did.

But everything the DA did in the last few weeks was correct. He ADMITTED he did it...or was at least with her when she died, it was an accident,....blah blah...you HAVE to bring someone in that says that...you HAVE too. I can not believe people are pissed at her for doing it.!

He may have claimed that he did it, but when you've got information that's totally inconsistent with the murder, like saying it was an accident but not explaining how getting her head bashed in was an accident, family members coming out and saying that he was in Alabama at the time that she was killed, picking her up from school on December 26th, and so on, I'd say you've got a bullshitter on your hands and she totally wasted time and money on him.
