He's so damn busy kissing Elizabeth, he doesn't even realizehis wife is dying and, he has never cared about that woman. She has always put herself ahead of her family and her own life, and all he can do is be a playboy.

A wondeful and very toyching finale to 2006. I really dig the part at the end with the mother/son standing under a picture of Hal. Very nice touch for a good man.
