  1. I think I'm going to email her again, just to see, in case anything's changed.
  2. Yeah, that was my point. That is certainly true. I just wish & hope that Frank cares as much about his sets & his block taping schedule as he does for the real talent, his people, the actors, but also the support people & of course, also the crew. I worry about how much stress they are under.
  3. At times, there are people who are interested in what commercials are shown during a show. These were the ads that ran in BTG S1E11 on 3-10-25, divided by blocks. Paramount Plus Essential. Beginning with before the show: Capitol One UFEFA Championship League, soccer, CBS Sports; Nurtec ODT; Nyquil; New Chapter (women's daily vit/min supplement). Ford Truck Sales Event (Ranger); Georgia Power; HoneyLove (a new type of bra); "Happy Face" a drama on Paramount Plus. Total Wireless; TimberTech (deck lumber); Homes.com (realtor, property); Greenlight.com. RedFile (realtor, property); United; Bosch auto wiper blades; "Yellowjackets" show on Paramount Plus with Showtime. Califia (3 types of non-dairy milk); Carvana (buying crars online); ROC female skin product; "Hollywood Squares" game show on CBS Wed. night. Prilosec OTC; Ford Explorer SUV; Georgia Power; Prize Picks (game, fantasy sports leagues). Nutrafol male hair product; Rocket Money (personal finance app); "Elspeth" show on Paramount Plus.
  4. Nitpicking & technicalities, Jill Lorie Hurst was one of the 4 Headwriters of GL in the years leading up to the end. She & Danielle are long-time friends, formerly colleagues.
  5. I think this is so freaking cool. I don't even care that it's on B&B under today's pretty awful Bradley tenure. It's still a very cool thing!!!
  6. Gloria fills a hole. Anyone still thinking there's a romance planned for Jason & Anna surely MUST see that it is not happening. Agree to disagree. To me Joss is very much a Spencer. Def not a Jacks or a Benson.
  7. So this weekend, armed with information & a dogged persevering attitude, I changed my Paramount+ plan & got a pro-rated refund when it is their policy not to give refunds. First I explained wanting to change from Paramount Plus with Showtime to Paramount Plus Essential. Then I brought up wanting a refund. They explained nicely how it is their policy not to give them. I explained nicely how it was their fault I signed up for the wrong plan in the first place. They then said that they would give me a pro-rated refund as a one-time courtesy to me. Now this took a considerable amount of time, which you can probably imagine with all the typing & being nice!!! But, the point is that now it's done & I did get some money back! I'm posting this now only in case it's of use to someone else.
  8. Which was repeated with Pinter & Zenk. Also VI and Signy Coleman. Except not staying together like the Simons have.
  9. Karen has offered refunds. The thing is we don't want our money back. What we want is that dadgummed video!!!
  10. YES. S1E1 pops up instantly with "Show More". Thanks for that correction.
  11. Hooray! I love Tad & Dixie, so I love you beginning to love them, too!!!
  12. Crack me up!! Courtney Sherman Simon & Peter Simon married on June 15, 1975 & are still together, so coming up on their 50th wedding anniversary. Your confidence is fascinating! 🤔🤷‍♀️🙄😉🤣🤣
  13. Just a note. (Not sure whether this would be better placed in the historical thread or here.) Today is the first day I see that one episode has now passed off of the episodes that Para+ maintains. So, from this we can know that they keep 10 episodes plus the current listing, or 11 total.
  14. This would be an Edit if we only had enough time but we don't so I'm left with the awkward construction of quoting myself. I made several different suggestions of things that could be done if I could get my hands on a copy of this video, in whatever shape it happened to be in. Labeling it a "bootleg" & posting it. Quietly, passing it around in email & via Google drives or Mega accounts but not posting about it anywhere in public. Variations on that but making it clear it would be on my head, not on his. He stood firm on the point that she would find out, know that it could only have come from him & how badly he did not want to have to deal with her, ever again. So, we're stuck.
  15. Just curious, why in the world do they keep misspelling Xavier as Xaviar? Wouldn't his union object? Credits are taken seriously. Another thing, I finally saw that Michael dude who I saw listed with the writers in a non-SON blurb pre-launch. He only showed up on the very long Wed, closing credits among tons of other producers. Have you noticed that this show has more producers than I've ever seen? And I've been a credits watcher since way back when, even when credits were full screen.
  16. Not Jason but this is what's been said. Perhaps it will suffice till Jason's here. 10 months ahead on scripts, on the writing. 8 months on tape, in the can. And, I think the only person, at DAYS, ever, to have to be paid longer than, what you've said here, was James E Reilly who had what is called a "no fire" contract, which is a misnomer, because he could be fired BUT they'd have to pay him the full amount whether he still worked for them, or not. Also I'm sure you're right about not having to pay if they edit. I've never heard anything even remotely like that. Scripts do get changed when the time comes to tape them. That's not even an oddity. Just a thing that happens.
  17. Geeze, aren't they only 15 & 16? What's the rush? Can't they just be kids at least a little bit longer? They have enough to worry about without adding angst & romance! He's still grieving the loss of his mom, Sam. She's now separated from her dad, Valentin, who she has lived with on their own for at least 6 years. When you're 15, 6 years is a lifetime. Sam died at 5:48 on Halloween. People are still talking about Sam's death even though it's been almost half a year!
  18. I don't think you're wrong. As a matter of fact, I suspect this very thing. If you really think about it, given the facts we do know & the characters as we've come to know them, this fits, to a tee, perfect 10/10. And, I also think about the weekenders, not us since we are daily fiends, but the many folk without the luxury of daily time. So, let's see if we were binging on the weekend to catch up, well, wouldn't today just be another day in the life of Fairmont Cresters?!!! I'm okay with Ashley but don't get me started, at all, on Derek. You have been suitably warned. I love me some Dani & for that reason I hate this for her. But, I don't think you're wrong. It's a shame but Dani's got it bad for this LOUT. As for his feelings, who gives a hoot? Oh, right, Dani does.
  19. I have a different take, both on GH & on BTG! If you ask me, Monday, yesterday, was an excellent day to be a soap fan!!!
  20. Oh no, how cynical!!!!
  21. Yes, you are right. What I was trying to speak of is that at that 48 hour point they have to release you OR have a hearing where you & they have an opportunity to say whatever to a judge to try to convince them of a point of view, etc.
  22. That first moment when we saw that Dani is Daddy's little girl. SO endearing. He almost seems to me to have a Dani tone of voice, ya know?
  23. I believe it is exactly 48 hours in all states. They can't legally justify holding you longer than that. It's 2 days for evaluation. Law enforcement can only hold you for one day without enough evidence to bring charges. (rather than "at minium")
