I've got her @ Are you saying that she is regularly a sketchy source or type or twit? I have a nice warm category to put her in.

I loved ALL of this dialog where we saw people really reflecting on what this stuff makes them regret & what it makes them thankful for. I'm thinking, like, where are these writers most of the time? This is actual soapy talk! More great real family dialog. I don't know how much longer Rafe should take this?!! So, who agrees with me that Kristen's ego is so big that she thinks if she buys enough time: Dose 1, time, Dose 2, Time, Booster, Time. ... that by then she thinks she'll have Brady loving her again? Is that her plan?

I saw a tweet last night that "Days" is the third most searched for term on Peacock. If true & accurate, that's the kind of news scuttlebutt I like to hear.

Mutliple doses & a booster, yet again this story seems to be piggybacking off of Covid! Why should she fear Kate more? How could having Susan impersonate Kristen benefit them? I want to know what happened to Kayla seeming to see "Ma." And, I want to know why we were shown a car going over a cliff. And, Joey & Stephanie are full siblings with Tripp being a half-sib to each of them, correct? I also want to know where Wendy went. And last but not least, what's up with Sydney? There must be a reason that she was mentioned as needing Sami to be with her right now. Have you given up watching?

Nicole & Chloe discussed this today.I'm glad that Nicole has Chloe to talk to but I'm not sure she's listening to what Chloe says. Nicole is so far out of bounds when it comes to Eric. I'm not sure how much more Rafe can take. Or should! And, I don't really get Eric's position on this. Why is he not pushing Nicole away?! Meanwhile Chloe's world is about to blow up & she will be the one needing the friend to listen!

Well, I thought that he specifically DID have acting chances in BS2. Comparing the Cmdr. to Jason TO ME, he smiled, he used vocal variety, and he was a bit less rigid physically. Granted he was still playing a buttoned up type & was some ramrod straight, but two and half acting choices is the world in difference. But, if they'd written him as a Navy seal who was also charming, garrulous, more physically approachable or even affectionate, etc. sure, I might have seen something closer to the Golden Boy, who I really liked BITD. No way of knowing but I definitely concede the point!

I thought of that at the time. I'm not comfortable suddenly plopping SB down in same or similar. When he played Jason Quartermaine, the Golden Boy, he had a whole range of acting choices to play. If he didn't want to play Traumatic Brain Damaged Jason Morgan he could talk to them at GH, or he could've if he still worked there. I didn't even want him near the DOOL franchise. I resented his being in every other scene. He was my only real criticism of BS2.

Everyone should listen to it. American Idol 2021, runner-up, Willie Spence, from GA, RIP Oct. 2022 In 2021 I thought Willie was going to win. When he lost, at the runner-up position, when Chase won ahead of him, I still thought that he would have a career.

But that's the thing for me. That's what has changed. It used to be easy for me to put him down. Now, nope, can't do it. Instead I laugh. Very odd phenomenon.

I don't cringe anymore either. Do you think he just wore us down by being present so long?!!

Well, for a start I am glad no one is dead! I was truly worried that we might be going there. And, I was actually quite glad that John almost destroyed the fountain of delivery! Those three men would have been so overwrought & done in by doing such passive bits.

I enjoyed the storyline with Dee Evans, as a strong character, good actress, and I liked the Tony the Tuna business. I especially enjoyed Cass's occasions when he would bring Krystal with a K Lake out & do his drag. I also liked Nancy. Now that I know about it I like the fact that she was named after Nancy Wickwire. I never found her obnoxious although I think sometimes they wrote her to be so. She was a good friend to Perry. And in a couple I liked her with Chris. I suppose she would've been against Carl. Absolutely everyone was, after all!

DOOL Oct. 14, 2022 Peacock Our cast of characters: John, Stephanie, Kayla, Steve, Joey, Tripp. Brady, Kristen, Eric, Jada, Nichole, Chloe John takes the orchid Orpheus sent as torture to them & hurls it to the ground, breaking it & sending dirt & flowers all over the lobby of the Nurses station. Stephanie is upset. Just that moment Joey & Tripp run in, having just arrived from the airport. They are gonna go mask up but Steve tells them no need. Kristen is taunting Brady telling him that if she had that orchid they could negotiate terms. John tells Stephanie that it wasn't the special orchid. Instead it was the one that Orpheus had sent with a taunting message! Stephanie says that son of a bitch is twisting the knife. Kayla explains that it is a poison with only one cure which requires a rare nearly extinct plant, one of a kind orchid. Police have looked at all of Rolf's properties and found nothing. Joey said we didn't tell you we were coming because we thought you'd try to talk us out of it. Tripp: we have missed you & we could tell you weren't giving us the blow-by-bow over the phone, so we decided we had no choice but to come immediately, so we did. Kayla said, "I am so tired, so sleepy, so weak & I am so glad you are here. Just hearing your voice brings me so much joy. Brady says to Kristen: You're lying! Kristen says: I discussed this with Dr. Rolf. He said he moved everything sensitive to another facility.The orchid was a part of the regular RX run. And, again, Rolf has gotten seedlings from the original in case something goes wrong. Brady, Okay, where is it? Eric talking to Jada - Kate & Roman got married, right here in her hospital room. I officiated. It was very hard to get through but they were so happy to be getting married! Jada & you got to bring them that happiness by doing the marriage ceremony. Kristen- I have th orchid stashed in a safe place. I will prove I am not bluffing. She extends her phone. Look at this picture. That is the orchid you need. Brady - Okay, that is a photo of an orchid. Kristen - Right now, a serum is being made from the material of the orchid. Brady - Okay, you are fond of quid pro quo, what is itt hat you want for the formula? What do you get out of this? Kayla says that having them all here is all she needs Steve goes to check on Marlena. Joey - So Orpheus wanted to get even, Kayla - all from the past Tripp - I am mad at myself for wasting so much time being angry with you. I wouldn't even have become a doctor if not for you, Kayla. Joey - and you & Dad stood by me through so much stuff, just the worst part of my life, even. Stephanie & Steve - embrace John - she's getting weaker & weaker Stephanie - The boys are probably mad at me. John to Steve - You thought that we should have ended Orpheus right after the pardon. You were right & I talked you out of it. Brady - So you want to swap. For the orchid you get shared custody of Rachel. Kristen - I love my little girl. I want you to break it off with Chloe & then get back with me. Brady - People will know you used the orchid to force me. Kristen - Rachel hates Chloe. She's been through so much. We need to put her first & give her a full set of parents who live together & love her. There's no hope for you. Chloe - trying to keep this distance up between me & Brady is so hard. Nicole - Does Rachel really need to know everyone her father spends time with? Chloe - I don't know how to Oh, it's so hard. Eric to Jada - Kate can barely hold her head up. Roman accidentally shot Orpheus's wife at a summer gathering Jada - I went through Rolf's belongings in the most minute method. I wanted to be your hero & bring you that trace element that would have saved three women, women who are in need of saving! I wanted to be our hero & tell you I did it all for you. Stephanie - Mom, the boys won't leave your room. Kayla - Do not blame your sister. It was me that didn't want you told what was happening, who kept you in the dark. Steve - I just want to go find the guy. You know he said he wants to WATCH us as we suffer because he can now see! Steve - but realistically what can we do? John - We've faced impossible odds before. But, I have never felt as helpless as I do now. Steve, in all those interviews Steve- When I think of all the years when I was not with Kayla & could've been, …I can't live without her. We're running out of time. John - We have to live for each moment, precious though it is. Kayla didn't want you guys to come. Stephanie did & she was right. How about you go now & get food for the whole family & we'll eat here together. Kayla piped up with a feeble sounding, "But not cafeteria food!" So they came back with about a half dozen pizzas. One was mushroom because Kayla likes that best. Rafe & Jada saw Nicole & Eric embracing right after he got a phone call. Jada staked her claim, let me know in clear terms that that is her boyfriend. Nicole - I backed off, of course, but I can still feel the pull between Eric & me. Eric - Jada, you have been in association all along. Rolf says they will need a secoind dose & they may even need a booster. Stephanie - I'm glad Joey & Tripp are here. All I want is more time with her. Brady - Okay, Kristen I won't saw a word to Chloe until the women have had their first dose & it seems to be working. But, you cannot make me love you. Kristen - The serum is almost ready. I get that I'm in that area between love and hate. I'll take my chances! Brady leaves Kristen with her sorta writhing on the bed. Kayla proclaims this pizza to be the best she's ever had. Eric is on the phone with Sami. Jada comes running up with the serum in her hand, a brown vial. John thinks it is more torture & goes to dash it to the ground but Jada stops him & the show & the week are over.

I would doubt that there is anyone who wouldn't put WRITING on their wish list! ! I forgot to say that I like Wendy, too. I thought it was a nice touch for Sami to speak kindly to Belle.

Uh-oh! A prior claim has been made for being DOOL's first threesome!

Chad got off like a visiting princess, while MJ had a heavy burden to carry. A neat little tidbit from real life: When Kathleen got married she had both MJs as her attendants!

I think the show needs to rethink its writing philosophy, change some stuff, keep some stuff & then hire a new Head, keep Broderick, not sure who else they should keep. Definitely keep directors Scott McKinsey & this Angela who directed 3 days in a row this week!

Well, I too liked today's show but then I have been liking the show generally speaking just with certain things that make me wanna go WAAAAH! So, I am off kilter from where some people are with the show right now. Today in particular, maybe because of some nice effectively used flashbacks or "Imagine Thats" with Lauren & Josh, I actually again thought of Josh as Roman. This is a major piece of progress for me. That's twice in as many months when I have thought not "Why is Josh serving chowder at the Brady Pub?" but, oh yeah, ho hum, just Roman being Roman. Today tho he was being good Roman! Sarah & Rex's dialog was the kind of good filling you get sometimes. And, they have to hammer home that nothing can be done till we get that orchid! When Brady & Chloe were talking I thought, literally, "Why the heck are they so naked?!!" Not what I'd call talk attire! Of course Nadia's so freaking beautiful that I told that part of myself to shut the frack up & enjoy the show! I do want to join the campaign for Corporal Punishment for Kristen! I had the funniest little thing happen earlier. I could hear my headphones, a little like the monstrosity in the movie THE FLY, itty bitty voice, etc. but the tab that was Active was Instagram & it was on the acct "PatchandhKayla" where they are running clips from the show constantly. I've begun to wonder if they're running outttakes & so I could hear, in hilarious voice, Marlena having a session with someone named Michael who is agoraphobic. Then Kayla got onto her for working & Dee said without a blink, "Pot kettle black." I wonder if I could learn something subliminally?!!

When Stacy is playing Kristen I find myself questioning her acting choices. She is manic so often & Kristen has no reason to be manic at all! ED would be pacing those words & putting emphasis on them as she went. Part of it is in the writing. RonC's crew writes Kristen as almost omnipotent or something. No matter what she does, she ends up getting away with it! And I don't think of Kristen as that kind of uber-villain. To be totally fair I think she nails Susan Banks!
