Isn't that just typical?! And, yes, of course, Mary Stuart did.

It was said recently that Bill Hayes's Doug singing live was the first one.

I think so, too. I think they have so much invested in Sprina that they have to try.

It is my opinion that young actors should stay with their soaps longer than they sometimes do & also I feel that they don't have an appreciation of just how good they've got it & they may be in for a rude awakening. NAC may never again have the kind of attention that he's gotten between the fanatical Sprina fandom & the mainstream media attention, etc. And, I don't mean to be unfairly picking on NAC either.- ALL: Character's heyday vs Character's low point
This is such a good topic! Rachel, Another World A high point: Janice Frame has been poisoning Mac & he is near death. Location: Island remote. A fight with Janice Frame in the pool where Rachel comes out alive & Janice comes out dead. Then she rushes Mac to medical care, just in the nick of time. A high point: Mac died unexpectedly & she holds the family & Cory Publishing together. A high point: She discovered sculpture. The lowest point: the doppelganger Justine, the whole second half of the story, including grinding the gears driving an 18-wheeler & bricking Vicky up into a wall.- GH: January 2024 Discussion Thread
When he went up at the Daytime Emmys it was notable. They had just had a monstrous taping schedule of the primetime special and the JackieZ Memorial week back to back & shortly after the Friday night of the Emmys Frank found out he had covid. So, what you're saying you see, yeah, me, too. It appears to be wearing him down.- Do we suddenly have ads that take over the whole page?

Um, no. AFAIK Agnes never did that anywhere & I know that no one did it at AW. Agnes created the Alice-Steve-Rachel triangle, created the second raven-haired troublesome daughter/put upon mother duo of Rachel & Ada, made use of some of the Matthews family & I believe got rid of some of the Gregory family that not-really-a-writer James Lipton created.- DAYS: January 2024 Discussion Thread
Yes, it is my opinion, also my assessment but it is hardly JUST my opinion. It is the opinion of an entire segment of the DAYS Twitter timeline. And the issue is - and I thought I made this clear in the part you snipped - their interpretation, their bias, their slant, from clip selection to their captioning. I get along fine with most Jarlena fans. You can tell from here that I have no difficulty discussing with people who have different views on OG Roman.- GH: January 2024 Discussion Thread

However, his last day at the studio, recently, he made the rounds, spoke to everyone, said his farewells. My information - which is completely different from the official statements - is that Frank has done a masterful job with pretaping. He's gone. Period. But supposedly we won't even be able to tell that he's not there. Given the job they did last year with Laura & Kevin & Yuri in Russia, I can imagine this is one of Frank's magic tricks.- Y&R: January 2024 Discussion Thread

My OG Roman project: A Jerk or Not a Jerk? 12-17-91 Day 27 (1-26-24) No Roman or Marlena or John. "The Nutcracker" Molly, Tanner, Julie, Chip, Jennifer, Hawk, Jack, Jo, Ginger, Desire, Alice, Maggie & Mickey. 12-18-91 Day 28 (1-26-24) No Roman or Marlena or John. Desire sang "O Holy Night" acapello. Jack picks up a gun someone dropped & looks like he's going to be in trouble.- Guiding Light Discussion Thread

And, one other thing about Roger, ... Maureen Bauer was his friend. As you are well aware, correcting errors online is one of my things. In this instance I was able to correct the error that PGP wouldn't allow Goutman to invite Beverlee back for the show finale. I'm sure you have a fine appreciation for that fact.- GH: January 2024 Discussion Thread

Here is JoeCool the Jarlena fan on Twitter most likely to be blocked and to counter block. Called a bully. Fights with Kristen fans. Fights with OG Roman fans. I used to fondly say that JoeCool has more DAYS video than God. They are the most egregious biased anti Wayne Northrup Roman poster. Also anti-Kristen. Enjoy their clips as much as you like but if they interpret ... beware.- Guiding Light Discussion Thread
Very possible!! I would still be clueless if Bev's son, Scott, hadn't kinda softly spoken up & said he thought he could clear up some of our (AW fans) confusion about his mom, etc. Happy to oblige & always, without fail, enjoy posting with you & reading your posts when I am not involved in discussions, too.- Guiding Light Discussion Thread
ME? Have an agenda? Laughable! If anyone has an agenda, bud, it's you! And that is to get as much attention as you possibly can by stirring any pot you can find or create to stir. How many people follow someone like me to other sites online & proceeds to post blatant & obviously disprovable lies?! As far as I know the only one is YOU. Everyone else, Vee has told you & I echo, this is a common garden variety troll.- DAYS: January 2024 Discussion Thread
I know! Things are in earnest, in real terms, and instead of being tone deaf, the stories & conversations have tone. It's so nice! I remember that Wendy contributed the term in their first conversation about the scavenger hunt. I believe what it is, is that an object is hidden in some spot & you have to find where it is, so that's geographical & its in something, so that's the cache. The most interesting thing to me about the cliffhanger is that they used an actual voice modulator. To me it introduces an all new level of threat. - GH: Actor's last airdate revealed
