My dislike of this Lucy was not formed from yesterday. It goes back for months now. The Lucy I like is certainly no shy, retiring maiden. But, she also wasn't some monotonous, whining, madly gesturing, harsh, negative & over the top, narcissist. Ever since they began to write her reaction to the Deception lawsuit, she has been too much for me. In general, I love Lucy but I don't like her lately. I have no idea how the new writers plan to deal with Deception but Lucy is no longer the big boss in command. But, she still acts like she is. And, it's just not working. Jane Elliot typically elevates every scene she's in but with Lucy it doesn't work, not at all. So, it's boring. When ideally Lucy would be a perfect verbal foil for Tracy but that is not what happens. I have never before applied "STFU" to Lucy & now I do, all the time. If others aren't bothered, I understand.

I didn't get the impression they were changing their status at all! Just that they won't be played as many days for awhile. Could be part of the new writing plans. Not sure. Yeah, this is not Lucy, the great girl with the duck, no, this is obnoxious Lucy. But I'm sure that Lynn & Kin's jobs are secure. No idea about Jeff Kober. Just seeing less of him is all I know.

We haven't seen much of Scott for awhile. I expect that to continue. I hear we're going to see less of Cyrus, which I can only applaud! Also hear seeing more of Blaze & more of Heather, both things seem predictable just from watching the show. If you ask me, Lois is grounded. It's her reality, but she owns it. I gave yesterday an 8 out of 10. Will not be surprised if we also see less of this particular version of Lucy. I think we're seeing them edge her out. They made her so obnoxious that I feel we need a break from her.

Maybe they decided - finally - that life was just too short to nurse a feud. We can hope! To me EJ elevates Stefan but Stefan pulls down EJ. I'm at that "STFU Stefan" stage. I must confess I am tired of all this shite hanging on. I want some resolutions. Nicole's baby. Xander the rightful heir. Darn, I didn't notice anything out of the ordinary!

Here, Connie is helping someone else from the show by managing the videotaping of something unknown to us what they were rehearsing or who it is. Another thing that is special about it is that she has no idea she's being photographed, she's simply absorbed in her task. I share it with people who are special to me.

I think Danny has been excellent. I don't recall seeing Jake this week. Seeing this new Aiden I had no problem at all with him. I look forward to meeting his Tobias. I think Eden & Taby are both good solid actresses. I ached for Eden having to say the line, "I just want my mother." I thought Eden gave a good interview & a lot of understanding of soap fans & of the messiness soap characters can have to endure. Thanks! I really like the fact they consistently do this. It's like they finally understand about pre-emptions!! YEA!

I'm wondering if this version of Lucy is about to be out at Deception. I call her the "STFU, Lucy " version compared to the Siggy version. (A duck she used to own named Sigmund.) I really liked Duck Girl. I do not care at all for this mouthy broad. I'm also wondering if Maxie might go to Crimson. She's a single parent of one of her children & 30% of what it used to be is not good enough value, I would guess. And what she takes home is tied to her shares. So I rated Days 1 through 4 as 10 out of 10; Day 5 I gave 7 out of 10. Day 6 pending till tonight.

Laura = Compassion, Empathy, 2nd chances, ... 3rd chances? I believe it is true that she has been used this way for some time now, but I question the wisdom of it.

Then your best bet is to hope some other show casts Avery in a plum role because as far as GH is concerned Esme is truly dead, really dead, and they have no plans to bring her back. That's something that surprised me. I figured she'd be only temporarily dead & that they would bring her back in about 6 months. And, of course, things like this can & do change. But, that is the current status. She is so talented that I would not be at all surprised if some show did cast her & in a great part!!! Some show should!

Well given that Natalia confirmed she is a controlling mama, I totally bought her going to Kristina for help with Blaze. She wants to know Blaze she is not privy to. Given their first meeting, the ice had been so totally broken. I see no problem with her finding out where Krissy worked & going there. She is certainly aggressive enough to do so. She didn't know she'd be meeting Krissy's father. And, the topic creates its own need to be discussed.

I thought that was both well-written & well-acted. And it leaves things up in the air. Because she basically did not reply. Just listened. Then asked another question. We're not even certain she was genuinely remorseful. But my favorite part was Krissy doing her impression of Sonny when she came out to him. "You think I don't know gay people? I know gay!" And that was after Natalia left. Can you point to anything specific that seemed awkward or forced or clunky?
