I was after sugar-free cookies & I found some that were almost everything-free. I have tended to think those taste like cardboard but these were different. So much so that I wrote it down. Pecan Sandies Brand: nunbelievable. Gluten free, grain free, no added sugar, 1g net carb per serving, serving size 4 cookies! Sounds like it tastes like cardboard? Noooo divine. Sent it to a friend but unfortunately it has dairy & she's a no on that, too. Please pardon the brief OT paragraph. I am diabetic which means no or low sugar & also low carb.

I enjoyed the show today. That makes 4 days running. Funny that Steve noticed a difference in their buns. I'm not aware of gluten-free things looking different. But, it was necessary to bring out the fact that Goldman has Celiac's Disease and MUST eat gluten-free. Plot point! Check. I liked the use of history today. John, having to give up Carrie, Eric & Sami related to Eric having to give up Jude. Chad, having gone through it with Abby & her alters Debbie & Dr. Laura, related to Steph now facing the fact that Everett has DID. Good uses of history. I am very very concerned about Eric. Greg Vaughn is doing a fabulous job. His intention & his desperation over his thought that he MUST stay away from Jude is heart-rending. No, I did not cry today. Those onesies that J&M had bought. Makes me sad. They, too, have lost. They had a new grandchild, now they do not. Although we know that is not so. But, in the story it is so for now.

Pacey & Joey, the characters as written & the actors & their talent, plus nuance & subtext, really so good & unusual to see in folks so young. Williamson had on his hands, if not lightning in a bottle, at least fire in a bucket!!

I loved THE AMERICANS! ALIAS of course wasn't half bad. I think I recall most of the seasons being very strong but maybe 2 were letdowns. Been too long though so my memory might be faulty. Apparently not. So, here's the deal. Karen, a fan & a lawyer in Canada, gained access to a huge quantity of digitized DAYS episodes beginning in 1984. She uploaded files, forever, to a google drive, which she maintains privately. Any fan can have access to it for free, from her, privately. She covers the cost of the drive & put so much of her own time into it for fans who for whatever reason might lose their access. Also, of course, there's all the historical value. I repeat she does this all for free. She only asks that people not give the link out so she can control how much traffic the drive gets. (Otherwise it will end up crashing & cause her to have to re-upload, which she has done already & doesn't wish to repeat.) Now some guy on Facebook is selling the link for $750 cheating his "customers" and her, and the fans in general. The downside also is having to discuss this in public. The drive has had a happy low-key life & ideally would only be spoken about in private. There is news. This guy says his acct. was hacked. We'll see.
