I wanted to find a nice X-Mas episode I haven't seen & thanks to @DRW50, I did. Who is this Richard character? Was he obsessed with Barbara? Is he some lackey of James coming to get revenge on Babs and Gunnar? Anyways, I found it hilarious when Gunnar came in and socked Richard in the stomach. Talk about over the top acting. Marisa Tomei still looks the same now as she did then. I found it honorable of Frannie to still be cordial to Marcy despite reading that she nearly ruined Bob with rape allegations. I like the Stewart clan but this X-mas episode felt hollow without Nancy and the Hughes being at the center. Lord! This Alice woman is brutal! I was cracking up over here telling that little boy that what he was saying is dumb. I did think it was cute that Tom and Margo helped her find a new job though. It's moments like this that make me miss this show. Was that Annie with Dee with that one scene? Was she talking about Jeff? Was this around the time he was addicted?

But Kandi would never say that to Porsha's face. Queen Kenya and all her gloriousness: I love the energy and candor between her and Garcelle.

She does have her work cut out for her. Especially with all the little rumblings and rumors in the past about drama and egos at Corrie. I hope she cleans house though. Corrie has a lot a deadweight that needs to be dropped. I hope the new EP maintains what Kate built but I get this feeling it all might come crashing down. I get nervous when new EPs (especially those from Hollyoaks) take reigns at one of the 3 main soaps. I feel like HO is a different beast from the other shows but they try fitting the older shows into the HO mold. Like Kirkwood tried doing EE.

Well the new producer needs to take Kate up on her offer. I don't want her exit to be screwed up on. Gosh, I love Kate Oates. You can genuinely feel that she loves this genre. I just hate they moved her from Emmerdale but I do hope she works wonders for Coronation Street.

I hope they go all out in addressing Edna's exit. The character and actress both deserve it.

I'm wishing they would've chose another color for Potomac other than black. I think the pink that Gizelle is wearing or the orange on the bottom half of Robin's dress should've been the colors they were all dressed in. I want Jill's messy ass back too. She at least have history with the show and will bring the drama.

But what Kandi said could be the same about her too. I just find it jarring that out of all the people to call out, she calls out Kenya. She should be directing that energy to Phaedra, who continues to make a fool out of her. ETA: Official Potomac commercial:

How is Kenya being fake? B/c she reached out to Porsha and asked her to own her sh-t? I think any reasonable adult would do so. Let's be honest, the only reason Kenya or Porsha sat down with each other is b/c production made them. It was a talk that needed to be had.

New commercial of RHOP was released tonight. Here's a screencap of what they might be wearing in the opening credits: I am glad that it was highlighted tonight that Porsha never owns her sh-t. She never says, "I'm sorry" when she stays in alterations. Kandi coming for Kenya was stupid. Kandi does the same mess as Kenya but just gets away with it. She's beginning to annoy me again. Good for Kenya by dropping it b/c if she really wanted to go in, she could. Kandi's hands aren't squeaky clean either seeing as I feel Kandi set the whole altercation in motion. Next week is gonna be a mess too. From Sheree asking Tammy if she screwed Bob before to Tammy getting tossed on the floor. Again, why do we need Nene? This season is doing fine without her.

I agree that their story was weak but damn their sex scenes and constant flirting were hot. They were hot from day one when Lorna and Felicia walked into Gabe's office. Cindy was too slapstick for her. Yeah, Kim Rhodes was a great find. Plus, she had great chemistry with Mark Pinter, but once Cindy was using some fertility statue to get knocked up, I was over her. I could see her as Amanda.

Oh how I miss Alex McCord on NYC. Her and Jill returning with Bethenny, Sonja, Ramona, and Luann already there would make thing so perfect. Alex/Jill/Bethenny/Ramona/Sonja/Luann/Dorinda/Carole/Kelly/Aviva = the best cast NYC could ever have

I don't think it was for Cindy, it was likely more a budget issue, but honestly I never cared for Robin as Lorna anyway. I was implying that Cindy is a character that shouldn't've stuck around for a long time. Not over Lorna. Not shocked that many didn't take to Robin's Lorna seeing as it was jarring for those who watched Alicia Coppola's version. RC was Lorna when I started to watch back in early '95.

That sucks! Gabe was the only soap role of Bolger's I actually liked. He and Robin Christopher exuded sex appeal in this role. Killing off Gabe and getting rid of Lorna was stupid. Especially, for a character like Cindy.

Thanks for sharing! I loved Gabe and Lorna. I hate how they were given such a crap ending. Did Robin Christopher and John Bolger wanna leave or did TPTB decide to write them off? I guess by killing Gabe, they were shifting Felicia's curse of losing loves of her life to Lorna. I hated Amanda around this time no matter who played her. She was a royal twat. I wish Rachel would've went upside her head and tell her to get out her business. And digging in her mom's purse without permission?! That would get you slapped in my neck of the woods. My hatred for Joe was further solidified in this clip. I wanted Chris to kick him in the balls when all he was asking for was a quote for the paper. As usual, Joe had to react aggressively and nasty. I never understood why TPTB kept him around. Joseph Barbara must've been loved behind the scenes. Joe has to be the first of a string of cop characters on soaps I loathed. I feel like he was prototype, which would be used for all male cop characters to come. Jack on ATWT. Frank/Mallet/Gus on GL. Bo and McBain on OLTL. Paul on Y&R. Bo/Roman/Abe on DAYS. You could even see shades of it dating before Joe in the form of Cruz on SB at times. Brutes who would abuse their power and lord their righteousness (and morality) over everyone when they weren't upstanding all the time; however, they'd be praised and propped by everyone. It was annoying. It's somewhat of a commentary on the current crisis here in the USA. JFP started a trend.... I do wish that Felicia falling through the skylight would be post. I would love to see that again.

B/c Queen of Thotlandia can't use her brain to solve issues so she has to result to hitting. TMZ is reporting that this altercation was recorded too. I wouldn't be surprised if Bravo shows this as a tactic to turn the audience on Porsha and finally get rid of her ass--a tactic I am ALL for.
