Weren't the Kasnoff family supposed to be part of the bible of the show that Marland was writing before he died?

They said b/c of the fight but she had to move down once Nene came out and that served as a problem (for Porsha). I thought that Kim or even Phaedra deserved first seat over Porsha. Definitely Phaedra or even Kandi. Outside of the early fight, what story does Poorsha even contribute besides amping up her thot status? That's it. It's even sadder that Kim grew to have more story than Porsha this season.

Emmerdale: Discussion Thread
I think I was more appalled by Lawrence than I was Bernice. Bernice taking a shot at Ashley impulsively is typical Bernice. I knew she didn't mean it at all, and was just peeved b/c Ashley was calling her out on her mothering skills as of late. Lawrence thinking it was cute to pay people off to solve the problem is the main reason why Lachlan and Chrissy are f-cked up as it is. That's why I was praying that David would've told Lawrence and even Ashley to f-ck off. I cheered for David too when he tossed Lachlan's past in Lawrence's face too. I am not shocked at Robert paying someone off to lie; however, I see this only backfiring in due time, which will allow Gordon to get away with his crime.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
RHOMelbourne 3.2: It is only episode two of the season and it's already blowing away the competition. Hell, next week's episode looks like a good one too. Let me start off by saying, whoever suggested Susie was a genius. That b-tch is on point when it comes to Lydia and spilling truths. I believe everything she says about her. Lydia seems like that type of chick to use people to get to the top. Their rift is something I am interested in seeing the remainder of the season. I think Lydia v. Susie is just the beginning and it is gonna get even worse. I am here for it. Pettifleur came off well to me this episode. We finally got to see her be vulnerable, be human for once. I felt for her when he pleaded with Nathan to come home and having regrets over how things went between them. It broke my heart to see him turn her proposition down, but soften the blow by reminding him that she molded him into the man that he is. I think that'll ease Pettifleur's pain. That aside, I am finding Nathan sexy as !@#$%^&*]. Maybe I need to go and look for me a Sri Lankan man. I am a sucker for a man with a good bone structure in the face and Nathan has IT. Speaking of someone looking good, Pettifleur's body is point. I thought the scene with her and her personal trainer was comical. Her trainer is one of the few people I've ever seen get Pettifleur together with ease. Gina (another one who can get Pettifleur together with ease) and Pettifleur's friendship is growing on me. I love how Gina gave her advice on how to handle the women in the future, and vowing to have each other's backs. Gina has always struck me as being all about loyalty, so I believe that she'll have Pettifleur's back even though a defensive Pettifleur will read it the wrong way. I like their little growing bond.... Gamble, who I like, came off as an idiot this episode. Why would she go and tell what Susie just told her to Lydia? Has she not forgotten how much Lydia trashed her last season? She should've kept this to herself as knowledge is power. IMO, she better take heed b/c I do believe that Lydia is using her. Maybe not to get back in Gina's good graces but to keep her spot on the show. Gamble was the one that drove story last season and was the well-liked with the audience. It'd only make sense for Lydia to latch on like a succubus. Jackie continues to annoy me. I don't believe that Lydia trashed the women to her in private. I just don't. If so, why say anything NOW? Especially, when Jackie stays declaring that Chyka and Janet are her closest friends. I found that to be suspect. She's doing that sh-t to get involved in the drama, so she can stay relevant. She ain't slick and I am onto her ass.

I agree very much. I feel like Democrats don't pay attention to us at all until it is too late. One thing I'll give Donald is that he's been working on the GOP constituents here in GA a lot. He's visited here twice since announcing his bid for the White House and I am sure he'll do it a couple of more times before Nov. If I am not mistaken, HRC and Bernie have only been here once a piece. Bernie's was sometime back in late 2015 and Hillary was just at Morehouse. I have no clue why they haven't reached out to Jimmy Carter to help direct them to other areas in GA besides Atlanta to encourage and lock down our votes. Michelle Nunn blew her chance at winning when she sat her ass in an interview (or rally) and skirted around a question as to whether or not she voted for Obama (in '08) and whether she agreed with his policies. She tried her best to separate herself from him and it backfired big time. Hardly no one turned up for the mid-term elections and voted for her. I think her actions somewhat ricocheted and screwed over Jason Carter for Governor b/c no one went out to vote.

A poll has already shown that Hillary will beat Bernie by a huge margin here in GA. He doesn't have a chance. Sad part is that in the general election, GA will still go to the GOP candidate. I think that's where Liz Warren will come in. She hasn't endorsed Bernie or Hillary and I think that once Bernie's done she will be the bridge back to the party. As for Bernie, the best thing he could do would be to stay in Congress. One of my biggest complaints about my fellow libs is that we focus too much on the White House. If we can flip the Senate, we can get a lot done. The House is a lost cause until after the census. Good. I hope Liz is able to bridge the gap.

Thanks. Not surprised that this occurred. I pray that we win the Senate and House back this Nov. I want the Republicans to lose big.

And that's what I am worried about. They'll vote on emotion rather than their political stances and logic and screw us all over. Probably something akin to what Elizabeth Warren would have done under Obama if they hadn't blocked her. Wait--what? Obama offered Elizabeth Warren a position in his cabinet and it was blocked?

The Politics Thread
She really could. Bernie is doing well with the youth, especially, young African Americans and white young women and those are demo I feel Hillary might need to win. My peers won't feel inspired to vote once Hillary gets the official nomination. I hope that Bernie sways them to still vote and vote for Hillary, but I still think that HRC should offer him a position on the cabinet if she wins. What position do you all think would be suitable to Bernie?
-
The Politics Thread
Do you all think that Super Tuesday will be Bernie's last stand? IMO, I'd prefer for Bernie to strike a deal with Hillary that she'd at least offer him a position in her cabinet.

I wouldn't be surprised if Jeb was the one that said that. I can see him bitterly backing HRC over Trump. I give Bush that; he has not been a Trump fan for day one and has expressed he would not like to see him win. The Republicans just want a win but once Donald is power, they won't be able to control him. He'll be all over the place. Nothing will really get done then. I think a lot of the media loves the drama too, but as you said, many of them see the danger that Donald could bring if he is elected. That man is a menace to society.

That's some dictator-type sh-t. I keep telling my friends that support him that he's a step away from wanting to turn this country into Cuba, Russia, China, or North Korea....

Well I hope she is paying close attention to how Rubio and Cruz got totally wiped out by Trump and learn from it. I hope she is too. I don't think Donald will win as he'll need Latinos or African Americans to win, but it can happen. Especially, if Donald mind f-cks her out of her position. Hilary already has an uphill battle after she beats Bernie b/c she'll need to gain back the youth vote (my peers), who are strongly supporting Bernie. This is why I hope Bernie post losing will quickly endorse Hillary and sway his voters to still vote and vote for Hillary. But this is why I feel like Hillary might wanna consider running a joint ticket with Bernie. Their ideologies may be differ but they can find a nice medium and ban together to bring down Donald. What I am worried about is the Republicans coming out in droves to vote for Trump and the Democrats staying at home. The Republicans have been turning out in record numbers as of late. I'm worried about that too. Anyone that does not vote in this election and complains if Donald gets it is a fool.

^ Thanks for posting the Diane/Bernice episode. I find it odd how isolated they have Diane from Bernice and even Gabby in recent years. They'll have simple exchanges but they won't delve into much more. I'd love to see Diane be more involved with Bernice and Gabby now that Ashley is about to succumb to his illness and Gabby acting out.

^ That's my fear with Hilary--that she won't hit back in due time and will come off as a whimpering, weak woman to the media and voters instead of fighter she truly is. Hilary needs to do her best to stay on Trump's back and call him out on all his sh-t. Especially, how he stayed donating money to them for years prior.

Oh please. Only thing Kim will try and lord over Kenya's head is her Hollywood resume, which doesn't mean sh-t now. She's officially a reality star just like Kenya. I doubt Chris came at Kenya like he wanted as Matt was onstage too, and he IG'd that protected Kenya, so I doubt Chris tried much if anything.

I continue to forget that Carson is even still running. I think Carson has forgotten himself as much as he seems like he's asleep during the debates. Not surprised that Christie has latched onto Donald. He's the first but he surely won't be the last. I expect many more of them to eat their words and kiss Donald's ass in hopes of landing a job in his Cabinet if he was to win. All I know is that Hilary or Bernie better win come Nov b/c I am packing up and leaving if Donald wins. At this point, I think the two need to grin and bear it and run on a joint ticket b/c it might take both of them to defeat Donald. The Castro brother who is rumored to be Hilary's running mate can take a position as Secretary of State and be groomed from there IMO.

Coronation Street: Discussion Thread
OK. Does anyone know if Kate has already started yet? If so, she got some work to do. Corrie is starting to get stupid again.... Tracy blackmailing Carla is stupid. For both characters. Tracy, who is supposed to be cunning and sly, would've picked up (especially tonight's episode) that blackmailing Carla will only lead to Robert dumping her in the process too. Carla should've picked up on this too and turned Tracy's scheme on her. I could've sworn I heard Tracy say after Deirdre died that she was going to improve herself, and now it comes off as some throwaway line as she's back to the same ole', same ole'. I'll be glad when Allison King/Carla leaves so this story can wrap up. It does no justice for either woman. Then we have basic Chesney still moping over Sinead becoming a model. He is acting like she is about to take off and become the next Naomi when that isn't the case. Izzy is moaning about her pains and acting erratic over some weed when she could've found any young chap on the Street to direct her to some legit weed. Of course, poor Gary has to be come to her rescue and be strapped to her yet again. I'd rather watch Gary work that sexy body out than watch him save Izzy. Why isn't Gary (and Zeedan too) acting like men their age and being young playboys? I should see him shirtless on the regular!
