  1. Another good episode of Corrie. I love how Jenny went has one over on Sally, Kevin, and Sophie. I am glad that Jack told Kevin that he followed Jenny into the factory, thus making Kevin look stupid. Jenny warning Sally not to cross her was priceless. Speaking of Sally, she's such a dolt. She has no idea, no political stance when it comes to her campaign. Even Simon made her look like a fool. She is bound to lose the election and rightfully so. I hope that Jenny plays a pivotal role in Sally's political career going belly up. I am not here for this Polish girl/human trafficking story. I can spot it a mile away that it is just a plot point to possibly bring Eva and Aiden together when it is not necessary. I just feel that this story is too heavy for Corrie right now. I hope this is wrapped up real quick. Good to see Mary come out and enjoy life again along with Leanne starting to enjoy her life again too. Hopefully, both women will go on to have successful relationship. But I think that Leanne is in limbo until Carla leaves. Then I think they'll toss Nick back into her orbit.
  2. Awful news, but I respect her for not hanging on and on. I struggle to imagine what the Masoods will be like without her. She really revitalized them. And this makes the news that they don't want Nina Wadia back even more baffling. It's funny how the show just can't keep a Shabnam, isn't it. I just hope loser Kush is gone soon. I have no interest in a triangle with Stacey and Martin. I don't see DTC getting rid of a creation of his. I think Kush is there as long as DTC wants him there and I think we are in for a triangle with the three. I love how Shabnam paid his ass in dust tonight as she left the Square with Jade. I think the Masoods are gonna go back to floundering until someone pitches something interesting for them.
  3. I'm watching it. I'm pretty sure that Faye is glad that someone is playing her with the skin tone she aspires to have....
  4. What?! I didn't think she was really leaving! Damn. So upset over this.
  5. Wow! What stellar performances from Jeff Hordley, Danny Miller, and Lucy Pargetter. All three of them delivered on some very powerful scenes. Ryan Hawley always delivers and it is nice to see Robert be Aaron's support in a subtle, gentle way. At first, I was not a big fan of this story but it actually panning out to be must see for me. Even though I cannot stand vigilante Cain most of the time, I do enjoy when he goes off the rails for his family. Heaven help Gordon when he Cain gets a hope of him. Duncan the delivery man pulling one over on Eric, Tracy, and Carly was funny. I wouldn't mind Duncan becoming a mainstay seeing as he is easy on the eyes. There can never be enough eye candy on Emmerdale. I don't see Nicola being able to settle as a stay-at-home mom. She already looks like she is gonna crack. Either she is gonna pressure Jimmy to get rid the boys or it is gonna cause tension in their marriage. This is something that is gonna snowball into something major.
  6. It's even worse that DTC writes Shabnam where she blames herself as the guilty party. I am tiring over Kush too. I was glad that Masood socked his ass.
  7. How did things get turned on Shabnam? Why is everyone giving her so much grief? Masood. Jade. Tamwar. Even Kush took a shot of Shabnam about her wanting to flee, which amused me. Kush trying to imply that Shabnam was a coward was pure hilarity. This coming from the same man that can't even grab his balls and tell Martin the truth. DTC is doing a damn good job to get the viewers to care for the Carters but again, I just don't. There's nothing likable about any of them except for Lee. Mick is bland. Linda is whiny. Nancy is whiny. Shirley is a moron. Buster is withered. I just don't care about any of these characters. Nancy moaning about peeing on herself after having a seizure was stupid. Did she seriously think that people were going to pick on her for something she can't control? And why is Tamwar responsible for her? Regardless if he was there, she would've had the same ending result. Him not being there wouldn't have changed the fact. I am glad this stupid union is over. Where is Afia? Libby? Bring back one of these ladies and pair him with them b/c at least there is history. At least I liked both girls. At least I can get behind a pairing with either girl. Once again, the saving grace was Diane Parish/Denise. She and Don Gilet (Lucas) are magic together even though Denise was bitter towards him. I do like the growth they instilled and Lucas. Good to see that he has grown out the delusions he is having. It was also a good writing choice for Denise to question her skills as a mother seeing as Dean was sitting right across the room from her. It was a genuine human moment to see her doubt her abilities. I hope there is lighthearted stories coming Denise's way. She is the character on this show that needs the most happiness. She has been stuck in limbo since DTC took over.
  8. Mmm. How the might have fallen.
  9. It really is. It's hurting these shows in more ways than one. They become more out of sequence and inauthentic, which doesn't help when Andy wants to stress that they are all 'real.'
  10. A big, wide tub of lard! It is obvious that Fizz's destitute ass is the one stealing stuff and allowing Jenny to take the fall. I hope Rita and Jenny dog-walk her bozo looking ass once the truth comes out. I hope they get Sally, Beth, and Sean together too! Aiden won me over big tonight by not succumbing to Sally's wishes. Who the h*ll is she? I just hate that Carla brought her back. I don't care for Johnny. I just don't, but I do enjoy Carla digging into him about him interfering. It is too late for him to wanna try and play daddy. This woman is well on her way into her 50s. Poor Mary! I just feel bad for her but she has to get over it. This story does make me warm up to Dev, who I usually find deadweight on this show. He actually has meaning again--something he hasn't had with me since the Mad Maya days. I am enjoying Erica more now too even though I wish Claire King was back on Emmerdale. She's at least finding footing on the Street. Luke is just sex on stilts. Dean Fagan is so damn gorgeous. Why is he being punished by being in the same orbit as hobbits like Fiz and Tyrone? Just depresses me.
  11. I'd just be happy if the new regime has Aaron focus his energy in love stories.
  12. BH only got good until Kathryn showed up. Now it is must see. ATL is good but it isn't great. It's the same sh-t, different season. I blame production and Bravo b/c they fill this show with so much filler sh-t and try and squeeze the blood out of everything like a turnip. IMO, I wish that all the housewife shows would go back to have 10-15 episode seasons with 2 part reunions. That's why I love Cheshire and Melbourne so much. Production knows when to cute ties and don't draw things on forever.
  13. 'Exposing' LVP is FANFICTION You don't bring someone like her down easily. Or at all. That's what it is. Pure fan fiction. These women have tried to bring her down for five seasons and have failed. Move on. It ain't happening. Not in this lifetime.
  14. I just hope that after this story he gets a lighter story. I am over dark material for Aaron.
  15. I don't think Yolanda will get one up on Lisa. Yeah, LVP will be in the hot seat but she won't be alone. Kyle and Rinna will share the same amount of blame too. Yolanda's 'victory' will be hollow. She won't affect anything. Most of the audience still thinks Yolanda is faking her ailment, and they love LVP.
  16. Wow. Those scenes with Aaron and Chas were gripping. Just hard to watch. I am glad that this story wasn't dragged out any longer and it's starting to get to the good part--the downfall of Gordon. I hope this just doesn't end in some cliche whodunnit. There's enough violence and murder in the village to last a lifetime. Good to see Moira address Charity and let her know she is onto her antics. Sadly, I don't think it'll matter because Charity will emerge victorious, and Cain will fall victim of her ... or Moira might fall victim of Pete first.
  17. Woohoo! So glad that Masood knocked the fire out of Kush. So deserved. So deserved. But I am not happy that Shabnam wants to run once again. I am with Masood. Kush needs to leave the Square. Ronnie having and epiphany and giving money to some random girl was so stupid. Who writes a check for some girl who comes and try and place pity on you? This was just filler mess. Some other filler crap was Shirley and Buster's banter along with Nancy having a seizure again. Just stupid. DTC is still trying to shove the Carters down the viewers' throats and I am not here for it. I don't care about any of it. Poor Denise. I hate seeing her miserable. I cannot wait for Jordan to return so she can regain a sense of importance.
  18. Oh I am here for Kathryn. #ThatIsAll
  19. @Cheap21 That sh*t was funny. Kim will be referred to as Mrs. Doubtfire for now on.
  20. Tonight reminded me why I grew tired of Corrie, which was b/c there are so many insufferable characters. Sophie moping that Jenny back being in town, Norris being a usual d*ck, Sally butting her nose in matters, Fiz at her usual shrill voice, Carla's new daddy trying to play defender, Michelle getting a stank attitude with Jenny, etc. It's sad that Kevin, the primary offender of Jenny's action, has forgiven her but everyone else want to carry on with being bitter. Build a bridge and get over it. I really wish Rita would've gave all these people the business in the worst way. I thought Aidan and Eva at the dinner party was funny. For one second, I thought they were gonna find out the dinner party was a swinger's party when the woman grabbed Aidan's a**. It was cute to see Eva save the day with her little karaoke number. Poor Mary. I think she is taking her tryst with that married man too far. Does she not realize that no one on the street can judge her seeing as 99% of them have engaged in adulterous affairs if they already aren't? I do enjoy Dev and Erica trying to cheer her up and make her realize it was a mistake that she can't allow to dictate her life.
  21. Oh Emma! She is a scheming little minx. Using Noah to get her hands on Moses is genius; however, did she fail to realize that feeding Charity to Cain will result in John (or Pete) gravitating towards Moira? She's actually gonna bring end up bringing Moira closer into her circle than she wants. I am growing to like Kerry and Dan. I enjoy their little pairing and understand why Dan wants some alone time. What I didn't get was why he didn't try propositioning Kerry in the salon. Might as well get it on there while no one else is there. At this point, Aaron needs to sit back and allow Chas to crash and burn like she always does. It'll happen. It always does.
  22. Oh OK. Makes sense. I still find it sickening that Ian and Jane think it is OK for them to unleash that monster on vulnerable, innocent kids. I hope it comes back to bite them.
  23. Oh please. Kenya gets so-called 'dragged' every week and has since season 5. I'm pretty sure she gives no f*cks seeing as she's getting paid six to seven figures just to get you all in their feelings. Honey, isn't every season the 'downfall of Kenya?' But she still comes back every season getting underneath the women and viewers skin, so clearly she's winning. I didn't toss shade in your direction. That was for anyone who is guilty. You interpreted it however. No one is asking you to view them as the antichrist. I sure as hell don't view Kenya that way b/c I can't be influenced easily. I love her. Simple as that. No, I don't think I've ever said that a season was her downfall. Season 5, obviously was her introduction. But seasons 6/7 were anything but her downfall - they were the years spent shamelessly hyping her as the second coming (for no reason), as she set herself UP for her downfall. Thankfully, it appears now that the time has come. I don't doubt that she'll recover, though - The thing about Kenya is that she is DESPERATE to stay on this show, so she will change everything about herself, her screen presence, her mannerisms, her demeanor, in order to stay relevant and keep her job. As many personalities as we have seen from Kenya, not one of them has been completely her. So, as she is roasted over the coals this reunion, she will come back next year acting "changed", but still being the same [!@#$%^&*] stirring liar, and she will maintain her spot on the show. It doesn't hurt that she is so largely hated already - she doesn't have to worry about an eroding fan base. The difference between Kenya and other housewives who have had "downfalls" is that she will change her entire persona to stay relevant, where as when fans grew tired of other housewives personalities, they continued to be themselves because they're not going to leave all dignity at the door for the show. So Kenya may overcome her downfall - but it's nothing to be proud of. Also - I realized my initial post came off a bit more passive aggressive than I intended it to, Brandon! I didn't mean to imply that you were shading me in a negative way, just that I caught your shade and that I was giving you the whole tree in return. thank you! That's the only reason this delusional idiot apologized. And as Chit pointed out apologies don't magically make her actions any better or make look any less the fool. Shes a a stupid child who never grew up and can't handle when an adult sees past her games and bs. All these women are stupid and childish. There's not a grown woman on any of these shows.
