  1. @Cheap21 I saw the interview when it originally aired and I don't know how Tiffany does it. I would not communicate with my mom if she acted like Sister Patterson.
  2. You're welcome, @Cat! Sorry I forgot to tag you, yesterday. I had so much on my mind and was anxious to watch it myself before it disappeared.
  3. I agree, but at least Pam St. Clement can be proud that she got a better written exit than Peggy has.
  4. Of course he wouldn't respond b/c he knows you're telling he truth. I thought Peggy's first couple of episodes were strong. Peggy's death episode dreadful. Out this short arc, I enjoyed the scenes when Phil took her down the Thames River, when they went back to their old flat, & Pat popping up. All those scenes were touching. I felt like none of Peggy's history was utilized at all. Nor Grant, Sharon, or Phil's. We saw more of Stacey/Martin toilet-gate and the Carters than we did the Mitchells. I didn't care about any other story but Peggy's the other day.
  5. RHOMelbourne: Wow. Just wow. IMO, this reunion is up there with RHOA s4 & RHONY s3. Just hilarious and classic. Gina: You just had to know that this was Gina's favorite reunion b/c for once she got to sit back, relax, and enjoy the show. For once, she wasn't in the hot seat. I do side with Gina in the Gamble situation, but Gina should've just apologized (convincingly) even if she didn't mean it. She did come off as a bit of a twat blowing Gamble off. However, Gina using this platform correctly should be commended, and I think that's where a lot of the women's hatred come from. It was good to see her at the reunion get along with everyone. Oh and she needs to stop blaming editing. I think she finally grasped that at the end though. Suzie: I know many didn't like Suzie but I enjoyed her ass. Yeah, she wasn't as present as many would've liked but she played an pivotal role this reason. She gave us all insight as to who Lydia truly is. I gagged when she dropped that nugget that Joanna used to work for her before Lydia. Even though Suzie didn't wanna say Lydia poached her, it is obvious Lydia most likely did. It was funny too when Gamble called Suzie out on her spreading the Shane Warne gossip when Suzie 'forgot' she did so. I think Suzie will come out more in her second season. Gamble: I still like Gamble but she did annoy me at the reunion. She did try and play the 'wounded pigeon' role this season, and I was happy Gina called her on it. Gamble really made something small into something major. She did score MAJOR points with me when she called the 'trinity' (Jackie/Janet/Chyka) out on them all having a pact and traditionally being unison, which impacts the entire group. Chyka: Her body language just showed she was over this group and over all these women. Chyka was here for nobody, not even her good mates, Jackie and Janet. She will be missed. Pettifleur: Oh, Pettifleur! She was the gift that kept on giving this reunion. She may be vile at times, but the b-tch was hilarious. That pillow exchange between her and Janet had me rolling. I also enjoyed her calling Jackie out on her sh-t too. Jackie is just as messy as those she stays accusing. I don't believe that Pettifleur had work done either. I think the other women are pissed that Pettifleur is snatch from head to toe. She was the best dressed at the reunion (IMO). Her body is banging. Plus, some people do lose weight in their face after making lifestyle changes. Janet: Janet can p-ss me of at times but I find her funny at times. Even though it was funny, her calling Lydia "a dumb, fat b*tch" was low. It didn't do Janet any justice, and I think she came undone at the reunion. Since season 1, she always called Gina out for being malicious, but got right down there in the gutter tonight as well. I think a lot of her actions may come back and bite her down the road. Did you all also catch how Janet was not pleased that Chyka said she have forgiven Lydia? Mmmm.... Jackie: Much like Jackie, she became undone tonight. She was another that stayed on Gina's ass the past two season about her being mean when she acted no better this entire season and at the reunion. Her tears did nothing for me. Jackie 'cried' because her ass was caught; she had to backtrack. She saw the commentary of Gina and Chyka and realized she was a big ass hypocrite too, and no one was checking for that ass. I don't believe Jackie when she said she's never gossip before. She's lying. She stayed gossiping about Gina in season 1, and last season she stayed gossiping about Pettifleur and Gamble too. Cut the bullsh*t. Lydia: Yet again, Lydia slithered out of her punishment. Yeah, the women know what she is capable of now but she didn't get punished enough. Glad that Gamble called Lydia out for being 'casually racist' because she is. Good ending to a great season. This season surpassed all the American franchises of Housewives with less episodes and more drama. I LOVE Alex Perry hosting the reunion b/c he doesn't get involved and he calls all the women on their sh*t. If Bravo were smart, they'd give Melbourne another run b/c this season blows all the other shows out the water.
  6. @DaytimeFan @Cheap21 Found a link for the Melbourne reunion:
  7. That line describes DTC's entire time at EE. I've said on here before that it feels like someone on that staff has been watching American soaps and not the good years. So many stories EE has told recently had the stench of American soaps--the last ten years.
  8. The issue with Olivia is that they lost the importance of the character around 06. Olivia worked best (IMO) as the town vixen/minx and in a power position. I felt once they took her out the Spauldings & Lewises orbits and slapped her in the orbit with basic Coopers, she became worthless. Olivia was glamorous and worldly to me. She should've never engaged in anything with Buzz or Frank.
  9. True. However, I wouldn't buy India being a lesbian either as she was such a man-eater at the height of her days too. Honestly, (and I've said this before) but I hate insta-gay stories on TV. As a gay man, I typically find them to be poorly done as they choose characters I'd never believe to be gay. I could never believe Olivia being gay (like I said before) because she loved d-ck too much. Her first couple of years on the show, Olivia was f-cking every man with a pulse. Bisexual would've been fine. Full blown gay? Nope. Same with the rumors of them entertaining in the early 00s of making Holly gay. I wouldn't've believed it. I know that some people have their 'awakenings' later in life, but I just wouldn't believe it with many of the characters they chose.
  10. ^ I agree. DTC and Santer are good at hyping up shows, but rarely do they deliver. I agree with all the points you made, but I gotta add a few moments I didn't care for either: - Peggy 'passing' the torch to Linda. I just didn't care for that scene. I feel like DTC (before leaving) is doing his best to ensure Linda is the next Angie or Peggy--that legendary landlady when I don't see it. Much like Stacey's scene with Peggy yesterday, it felt like DTC was slapping yet another irrelevant character in Peggy's exit. I don't care about Peggy passing on the torch with Linda. She had no ties to her. As I've said previously, I wanted to see Peggy be surrounded by people she loved and hated. People she had relationships, history with. Her scene with Sharon was practically a throwaway scene (to me). We should've gotten more with Sharon and Peggy. More of Peggy with her grandkids too. - Mick and Grant sizing each other up. So cheesy and stupid. I felt like that short scene was tossed in there so that DTC could have yet another wet dream. His creation (Mick) facing off with the legendary Grant. A macho fantasy. I'm sure Dyer wanted this too. Honestly, I didn't give a damn about the Carters this week. Shirley was the only one I didn't mind (for once) being involved as she did have history with Peggy. Overall, I just hate how Peggy was isolated. Her scenes with Pat saved the episode for me. I thought her suicide scenes were done beautifully (if that's even possible), but so much occurred in the episode that I couldn't enjoy it or be moved by it.
  11. I said it before and I'll say it again ... I never bought the Otalia pairing. I never bought Olivia, who LIVED for penis, all of a sudden to be a full blown lesbian. Bisexual? I could've bought it. Plus, I never found Otalia to be this great romance. They bored me for the last year. Jill Lorie Hurst did great things the last year but Otalia was NOT one of them. I hate how people find this pairing to be revolutionary when it wasn't. The most they did was hold hands and pet each other on the regular.
  12. How did you all feel about Peggy's exit tonight? It was cute that they brought back Pat to lead her into the afterlife. I personally found the rest of the episode to be rather disappointing.
  13. @DRW50: I thought the Stacey/Peggy scenes were clunky too. I really didn't need Peggy giving Stacey advice to marry Martin. It just made no sense. I feel like they just threw in a scene with Stacey/Peggy to latch Stacey on to the hot story. Again, I would've preferred seeing Peggy and Sharon clash then hash out their difference. I feel like this is a major beat that should've been played. I am with you on how they are just not bringing Louise and Ben into the fold. This would've been the perfect story to make the audience somewhat care for Louise and they have squandered it. Her crying when Peggy pass won't do it. Not for me at least. re: Danniella, I knew that but if the rumors of her being unprofessional are true, I think it'll cut off any chance of her returning in the future.
  14. Not surprised if true. Bet they wish they would've brought back Kim Medcalf. http://www.mirror.co.uk/tv/tv-news/danniella-westbrook-axed-eastenders-after-7979008
  15. RHOCheshire s3e7: Ampika: I was moved by her honesty this episode. I understand why Ampika has a wall up with these group of women b/c they are judgmental and don't try and understand her. I do think the only two she's been able let her guard with are Magali and Lauren. She can't really do so with Lauren b/c she is occupied with her own issues. Magali really needs to come back and be here for Ampika. Misse: Yup. This bitch is thisclose to surpassing Dawn in the dislike department on this show. She was an utter judgmental cow on tonight's episode. It all makes total sense b/c she's so insecure that she'll lose her man to another woman. It ain't gonna be Ampika. Plz get rid of Misse. Stacey: Meddlesome, but it makes total sense as to why. Her saying her husband works all the time highlighted why she is always up in other's Koolaid. I wouldn't be surprised if her man is fooling around on her. Leanne: Again, I am gradually growing to like her this season now that she isn't an extension of Dawn. I do appreciate that she was the only one defending and understanding Ampika. Seema: I still like Seema, but she was a bit of a twat tonight. Her redeeming quality was that she was sympathetic to Ampika. I do think she likes Ampika but doesn't know how to take her. Dawn: Meh... I grew tired of her whining over the Paris trip. It ain't that damn serious, and nobody is trying to take Leanne from you. If anything, Leanne is trying to run far away from you now that your common enemy (Magali) is off the show. Lauren: Good to see her find some joy and fun while going through hard times. Lauren is a trooper. She always keeps her head up and stays optimistic. Glad she is not making a big deal out the Paris trip. If you've been there, you've done that. Tanya: Was she even on tonight?
  16. @DaytimeFan, I've been trying to find a link to post but I've been unsuccessful. I am sure one will pop up early in the morning. However... Real Housewives of Sydney is official:
  17. Episodes like this makes me miss the Hughes family. Nancy reminded me so much of my own grandmother and how strong she was when my grandfather passed. She just knew she had to hold together for the family.
  18. Well they should've kept the two this way going years forward. I don't mind MB's Lily during this time b/c she was at least a brat but not as preachy as she'd later become. When it comes to Holden, there are no complaints from me about him in the episodes I am watching as of late. I like him being lustful and raunch and I am questioning why Lily didn't jump his bones sooner. Especially, when he was on that bed shirtless, stroking that cat. I (personally) would've gotten rid of the cat and had some alone time with Holden.
  19. Uh was Holden always a little freaky bastard in his original run? I found it weird how he toyed with Lily and told her to say she was his 'slave.' At least he wasn't a stick in the mud then.
  20. I always knew that Vicki and Tamra would reunite. They always do. However, I don't believe they'll ever be as close as before. I think the only reason Tamra made up with Vicki (and Heather too) b/c despite Vicki catching flack for the Brooks situation, they did too. I don't believe Shannon has forgiven Vicki despite photos. She'll always hold a grudge against with Vicki. She's just going against the grain b/c she knows she'll quickly be the target if she doesn't. Seriously though, I don't expect much from this upcoming season of RHOC. I still feel like they should've brought back Gretchen, Alexis, and Lizzie to stir the pot. All three of those women supported Vicki openly post season and all of them have beef with the other three aforementioned. Gretchen and Tamra can't stand each other. Alexis still loathes Tamra. Lizzie and Shannon fell out when Lizzie supported Vicki. Alexis and Heather never liked each other... So much potential if Bravo just brought those women back. Plus, I would've loved to seen Alexis and Gretchen patch up their friendship, AND watched the budding friendship with Gretchen and Lizzie, who do business together. You know Tamra would've seethed over the young, gorgeous Lizzie and Gretchen bonding and being everything Tamra isn't. With Dallas, it is somewhat becoming interesting but not enough to be must see for me. I think they'll probably be like Potomac when it gets good at the reunion. However, Dallas doesn't get a fraction of the ratings that Potomac did. They've been below a 1.0 since the first episode. I don't see Bravo going ahead with a season 2. Still think they should've revived Miami, which was making more than what Dallas does.
  21. Well I am glad she is more subtle in her endgame even though (as I said before) I wished her and Sharon locked horns one final time before mending fences.
  22. I was actually impressed tonight. I've been impressed with how they've handled Peggy's situation tonight. Peggy has never been my favorite as I always loved to hate her. She'd be OK at times but I always sided with Pat or Sharon in her rifts with people. However, Peggy has always been a character I cared for. One of the few Mitchells (Ben, Grant, & Lola being the others) that I've cared for. Her scenes with Dot were hard. You just knew that Dot knew that this was the last time she might see Peggy alive. Dot was so in-tune with what was going on, and I just wanted Peggy to come clean with her. I did understand why she didn't because she most likely didn't want Dot to fret and hover over her like Phil already is. That goodbye exchange between them made my eyes well up. It truly was the closing of a chapter on this show as Dot is now the last matriarchal character standing of the old EastEnders. Again, I had to withhold my tears when Peggy and Phil sailed down the Thames. Even though it was mean to be depressing, it was lush and beautiful seeing all the sites of London again. Makes me wanna collect the funds and go back. I thought Sharon, Kathy, and Shirley's scenes were cute too. It did piss me off when Louise's foul ass had to come in and ruin a sentimental moment by being a bitch, which is what she referred to the other women ass. I truly wish that someone would come and whoop this little girl's ass. Ole' mannish skank... I do wish that they'd go ahead and inform everyone else of Peggy's situation instead of drawing it out. I also wish that we would've seen Sharon and Peggy have one last standoff (which should've occurred her first night back) before they both extend olive branches and become good with each other. I caught that too b/c Kathy was where when it occurred, but she acted like she didn't remember. That was one of my few gripes about tonight. It wouldn't kill them to have re-watched the scene again before referencing it.
  23. Ben Hardy's view on the Lucy Beale reveal: http://www.digitalspy.com/soaps/eastenders/news/a794005/ben-hardy-eastenders-lucy-beale-killer-underwhelming/ Ross Kemp interview:
  24. I can't root for her either because of the same reason. I hope Sean O'Connor fixes Belinda and sets her sights elsewhere. I just hate how a show that once depicted strong women currently have none on the canvas. All of them are weak damsels that need a man to save or fulfill them. In most recent cases, that man to save them is Saint Mick.
  25. But it is home to her family members. She still has some connection to Walford, which would provide her a reason to be against Neville's CostMart deal if they went this route.
