  1. The Bravo press release, it confirms th Season 7 cast...LuAnn got her Apple back... http://www.bravotv.com/blogs/the-dish/bethenny-frankel-is-returning-to-rhony
  2. So good to see Lisa and Eileen being winners together. And ugh to Kim and Brandi.
  3. In Nolan Miller's Archive of American Television interview he says, and I quote: "George Peppard was an as$hole."
  4. LuAnn is having an estate sale for her old house in Bridgehampton (she bought a new waterfront place in Sag Harbour last summer) and that's being filmed by Bravo. At the very least she's being filmed.
  5. I'll believe it when I see it. If she does leave, say hello to irrelevancy Nene. Give Michael Moriarty my best.
  6. Yep, it's up to the individual production companies to decide what they want to spend their budgets on. That's precisely why they wouldn't film a new opening if Nene's hollow threats of leaving RHOA come to fruition...why spend money on someone whose leaving? If she does leave they'll film a new opening as a way of rebranding.
  7. I've watched 5 or 6 episodes of NJ this season, just to see how things were handled re Teresa and Joe...and good lord how deathly boring this season seems to be. Dina, especially, is a huge flop. See, without Caroline and Danielle, she has no purpose.
  8. http://www.buzzfeed.com/kateaurthur/teresa-and-joe-giudice-andy-cohen-wtf?utm_term=16npqk8&s=mobile#16fkvis
  9. Lisa did say Amsterdam was unpleasant. Yolanda has hated her for years, surprise surprise she couldn't keep a lid on it when on home turf. Simple fact is Yolanda showed her ass last season and belly flopped at the reunion when confronted by Ken. It's a shame Lisa and Yolanda even bothered this season, there's no trust in the relationship, it's over and done.
  10. Absolutely. And it's because of her class and professionalism that Heather's personal problems of the last couple of years have been overlooked by casting directors and why executives and creatives have been welcoming to her - especially as a 53 year old actress, a horrible age in the industry for anyone. I think Heather has several great roles left in her career. She looks terrific these days. I just hope she's found some happiness and peace.
  11. Teresa is a tough woman and America loves a comeback. She can play this like the tough survivor she is and come out the other side of this jail sentence a star.
  12. Andy released a photo from the one on one... http://instagram.com/p/ttGpfPHwQN/
  13. Except that the damage is done. They've hit bottom. And they're broke. They need TV money to dig them out of this mess.
  14. If they haven't been filming Teresa all the while they've been crazy. They should be filming her from now until she goes into jail in November, film Joe crying throughout the year, show him driving off to visit her, that'll be enough footage to keep her presence up for the upcoming season...then she'll be out and they film again, if they plan it properly she won't have to miss any seasons.

I agree. And Rosie and Star get along these days...the reason Whoopi isn't gone is her $10 million contract, which is pay or play, so even if ABC fires her, they have to pay her. So they're playing her and paying her, and she'll have to suck it up until it runs out.

    As a guest?
  17. DaytimeFan replied to YRBB's topic in Off Topic Lounge
    Well, yes, obviously...but there's a big difference between 1 and 9...
  18. The other issue is Joe's deportation...it's interesting that he's going in second since he'll face deportation when he's released. By the time they've served their time Gia will be 18 years old and Joe may face having to leave the United States. His sentence is long enough that Teresa will be able to plan and weigh things out. I do wish them well, but I'm not sorry they've been given jail time. They earned it.
  19. Absolutely. I pity their daughters, who are innocent in all this mess, but especially because their parents didn't think about the repercussions that would befall their girls...the judge was beyond fair to Teresa, 15 months is less than the 21-27 months that she could have received under the guidelines.
  20. The prosecutors were right. There was no choice but to give the sentence that Teresa, frankly, deserved. She'll be in jail by November, and be out, if she behaves, by Christmas 2015. She deserves the jail time. She did it. She admitted to it. And now she has to pay for it. The girls will be fine, they have one parent while the other is in prison. It's up to Joe and Teresa to live up to their plea of guilty and set an example for their girls that this is what happens when you break the law. If they play the victim card and moan "Why me?!" their girls will be corrupted beyond belief.
  21. They plead guilty. They cannot appeal.
  22. 15 months I hear for Teresa
  23. But the sentencing guidelines are not an opinion. They're the law. The law that Teresa plead guilty under. The prosecutor and judge don't have total discretion to go against the sentencing guidelines. She was always going to serve time, always, if their lawyer didn't tell them that then they can sue him for negligence. I like Teresa. But she committed crimes and if you aren't prepared to do the time then you aren't prepared to do the crime.
  24. They're not monsters, they're upholding the law based on the sentencing guidelines for the crimes she plead guilty to.
  25. The thing about Locklear is that nobody, and I really do mean nobody, has a bad word to say about her, be it the TJ Hooker, Dynasty, Melrose Place or Spin City sets...that's how she earned her career. She isn't a pain in the ass, didn't piss people off, showed up for work, knew her lines and has gone home. Despite a limited range, she really is one of the most prolific television actresses ever.
