For pictures of Taylor's wedding... Apparently Lisa, Kyle and Adrienne were in attendance. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-2597526/Taylor-Armstrong-radiant-strapless-ivory-gown-weds-lawyer-John-Bluher-romantic-beachside-ceremony-LA.html

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
Frankly, good for Taylor/Shana...she was hilarious her last season when the money was gone, the Birkins were fake and she settled her lawsuits by hawking her engagement ring. At that point she just did not give a damn and threw Adrienne under the bus just as she should have. It was Taylor...unplugged. And I loved it. I hope she has a happy ending with this guy and that all is well for her and Kennedy. She paid a great penance. Now she should have some peace.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
I'm sure Amanda was auditioning in conjunction with Kristin...there is no explanation for her trash bag behaviour otherwise. It sounds like Ramona's marriage might be back on...I wish her and Mario luck.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
That's where we disagree, I think Luann is 100% fine with her lot in life. I don't think much bothers her at all, that's why she caves so easily when confronted...she honestly just doesn't care.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
I can't help but love Luann. She is a snob, haughty, cunning, a pot stirrer par excellence and stylish. But most importantly I firmly believe Luann is in on the joke that is Luann. I think she plays everything way up and she is never boring.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
RHNYC It continues to be just excellent. I was happy to see Luann back and she gelled beautifully. I love that house of hers. Sonja is so desperate but it's hilarious. Carole vs Aviva is great. Kristin didn't have much to do this episode. That Amanda woman is beyond trash. I can't wait to see Heather go jailhouse on Aviva next week.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
RHOBH "I held myself accountable" - Kyle. Talk about a howler. Kyle is the eternal victim, whining and moaning and bitching and sniping away. She churns up old crap like a tractor tills soil. She couldn't stand that Lisa actually apologized for the joke she made when Portia was in the room. "She's not asking you to fire her." - Andy. He is now a crap host. He has lost any perspective on these shows and it's not limited to BH. I really like Andy and respect the work he has done with Bravo...but he is absolutely lost hosting the reunions now. He's Icharus and flying too high. "Nothing." - Lisa Oh Lisa, one word said it all about her feelings about Kyle and, by extension, most of these women. I do think she and Ken will crumble when it comes to Brandi, and that's a shame because she is a horrendous liability. But, she's human. Sigh. "I feel like I'm being cheated on again with the same woman." - Brandi What a nutjob. She really needs to get over the fact that her C List actor ex-husband left her. Her "but I don't want back in" in reaction to Ken icing her out...bahaha...as she wails with "You know I love you!" and "I need someone to stay!"...she's a mess. An absolute mess. I hope she gets her medications sorted out and realizes mixing antidepressants and alcohol is not a wise choice. "You are just trash." - Carlton She landed one slam. And bless her, she landed it on Kyle who looked so angry. I won't be at all surprised if Carlton doesn't return, she was a non-factor in this season. "I met some people I was sad to discover were backstabbers." - Joyce Yes...true...welcome to the world of reality TV Joyce. "Andy...I just had another grrrreat year." - Kim Good lord...talk about irrelevant. If Kim returns I think I'll be watching RHOBH very differently...fast forwarding through anything and everything Kim related. She has NO storyline. None. "David is at his job." - Yolanda Nothing said more about a marriage than that statement. David is never going to be involved in this show and how it cheapens his brand. Yolanda is full of sh*t about Ken "grabbing her"...a lie. And what she said about Ken getting into the conversations over and over again, take a seat, hypocrite. "Well I only apologized for what I said, the stupid comment." - Ken *snap* and with that...we end the worst season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. They'd better realize how terrible this season was and look to the RHOVancouver and the RHOMelbourne to see how glamorous, frothy, delicious franchises should be done.

That line of Jackie's slayed me. She can be such a hoot.
-
Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
Jackie is totally bizarre. And I think totally harmless too. She doesn't seem like a nasty bitch like Andrea or a mean airhead like Lydia. Janet is in her mid 50s and of an era, in Australian/Canadian/British culture, where manners are extremely important and fuses regarding that issue are very short. It doesn't surprise me that she is so irritated about Gina's lateness, it's a pet peeve of mine too. That said, Gina and Janet had good friendship chemistry, ditto Jackie. I think the Vancouver and Melbourne housewives would gel so easily. Hell, they've both featured tennis parties!
-
Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
RH of Melbourne Andrea is such an elitist bitch, the Jody Claman of this franchise, obsessed with Gina apologizing to her. Lydia is an irrelevant pot stirring cow. Jackie continues to be kooky and hilarious. She and her husband seem to have a fun relationship, he seems to totally get her I really like Janet, but she is old school in her manners and her distaste for Gina being so late seemed a bit of an overreaction. Chyka is the kick ass mom all sons want. Gina was rude to show up so late, but I do understand her career limitations. Classy of her to work things out with Jackie. It was hilarious seeing her dance with the short guy

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
RHNYC After the dreck of BH...this is so fantastic. Ramona and Avery...sigh...Ramona had an unhappy childhood from what we know and it seems that she knows she did right by Avery. Those were touching scenes. I always liked Ramona. Kristin...I do like her but I found this episode with the mud race a little out of place...perhaps it is meant to illustrate her relationship with her husband. Heather's husband is hardcore, he got through that without breaking a sweat. Sonja and her interns. I wonder how legal that is. Again, I think Sonja is a hoot. Carole was epic grabbing Aviva's face. She really was furious. She handled things with Ramona in a very grownup way. Props to her. Heather was on point with the 'be careful' to Aviva. I would put nothing past Heather if it involved someone she cared about. Holla! Aviva...what a psycho. And yet...we need this psycho for this franchise. She makes this show pop because she is batshit and she knows it. I can't wait for Luann to return. She is absolutely on par with Ramona in terms of value...nobody speaks easily translatable French while on the phone discussing a one night stand in St Bart's quite like The Countess.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
RHOBH Reunion Part 2 Again, what a did of an episode...this could have been a 1 hour reunion, easily. Kim really needs to get over herself and the fact that Lisa has never, ever really liked her. They've been cordial but to suggest that they've ever been friends, which seems to be Kim's contention about why she wanted Lisa at the graduation party, is absurd. Kim seems so desperate for Lisa to like her but can't articulate why she likes Lisa. It just made very little sense to me. But then, nothing Kim related does. The attitude these women have when Lisa RSVPd is so weird. It seems anything Kim related needs handling with kid gloves. Joyce will be back next season, she did well with her mild digs at Brandi. Carlton v Kyle was such a letdown. It lasted a grand total of 30 seconds? I will be shocked if Carlton returns which is a pity because she is far superior to Joyce when provoked and her husband's business could have made for some interesting moments. Yolanda wasn't much of a factor at all. Neither was Kyle for that matter. Brandi is wrecking her looks with overaggressive filler work. People who try and accentuate their cheekbones with filler often look overdone. And that's her. The red lipstick doesn't help. And I guess her doctor never told her that when you're on antidepressants you are not supposed to drink alcohol because it interferes negatively with the medication. Lisa's hair looks bad in this reunion. She was going for Dynasty meets Lion's Mane...but it just looks crispy and dry. Lisa looks her best in jeans and a white shirt. Such a dumb episode to waste my time on. I'm hanging in there for part three.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
I'm absolutely loving Melbourne. It's on par with RHOV...impeccable franchises. Beautifully produced, perfectly edited, a terrific story arc, legitimately wealthy women, interesting interactions. Just RH franchise perfection. Sublime. I cannot recommend it enough. Gina, Chyka and Janet are the ones I'm riding with, especially Janet, who is my favourite. Andrea is such a self inflated bitch, the Jody Claman of this franchise without a doubt and for the wife of a plastic surgeon her work is unfortunate. Lydia is a sh*t stirring idiot, sort of the Amanda Hansen of this franchise. Jackie is a drama queen and is a kook with her 'shine, shine, shine' thing...but she also doesn't seem that vicious...she's chosen the wrong team that's for sure.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
It's absolutely bizarre...but at least it somewhat crystallizes the RHOBH as being part of the zeitgeist.

RHONYC Loving this season, right out of the gate we have a fun to watch bit of drama between Carole and crazy ass Aviva. Next week looks epic with Carole grabbing Aviva's face and then Avery going to college. Ramona and Sonja are still incredibly fun to watch for me. I'm looking forward to Luann swinging into the show again too. This season just seems incredibly well edited, focused and well shot.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
Definitely. That's why she shouldn't be on television, she's so dull and self righteous when she isn't a train wreck.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
RHOBH Kim says this is the first season where we see the real Kim? Pass her some vodka, she's a total pill without the stuff. She quotes those AA lines like a pro. Yolanda...grasping at straws with that painting party nonsense. Locked in the house for 18 months? While filming RHOBH? Sure. Kyle...the perpetual victim. Hilarious that she acted so bewildered at the Dream Team. Brandi came off as a huge, trashy, bitch. Lisa, Carlton and Joyce all said little. What a boring part one of the reunion.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
+1. Real Housewives of Melbourne... LOVED it. I've been through the first four episodes, and like RHOV (right down to the exact same production music) this international edition is putting the US franchises in the shade in terms of production values, casting and overall appeal. What a great one.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
NYC I am SO glad this one is back after the bust that was BH. I loved last season of NYC, and from what I can tell, this season looks really promising. I am a Ramona and Sonja fan, particularly when Sonja is sober and not trying to be overtly sexual, and the two of them can be hilarious together. I think Ramona has done a little something with her eyes by the time she filmed her talking head interviews, hence the bangs, but it's quality work. Sonja has the best plastic surgery of all the RH franchises, she has likely had a ton but really doesn't look it. I had to laugh at the Barbara Walters vaseline lens used to film Carole's talking heads. Can't fault her, they look good. I like the Heather/Carole friendship too. Aviva remains batshit crazy, and it's bizarre to see her and Ramona and Sonja being ok with each other, but this promises fireworks for the upcoming season. I wouldn't say I noticed Luann was missing, meaning the show didn't suffer because of her absence, but I really look forward to her presence because I just love Luann's shady ass. Her haughty French that's easily translated and thus doesn't cover her affairs with Johnny Depp lookalikes, her snobby crap, that's so NYC to me and makes Luann a one off. Kristin seems to be a good casting choice, an interesting person.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
Sigh...okay...you've guilted me into it! Kyle: THIS BITCH has the gall to say, with a straight face "I don't hold a grudge" to the very woman (Lisa) against whom she has the biggest grudge in the world. A grudge that her star was eclipsed by a British restaurateur who lives in a much nicer house than her. Kyle is the perpetual victim. And so she shall remain, the realtor's wife, conditioning her hair in her average house in that part of Bel Air that's a lot closer to Sherman Oaks than it is to Beverly Hills. Kim: she fails to realize that Ken and Lisa just don't like her. They don't like her because she's a deluded whiner, loser and boozer. Ken's reaction to her half assed apology was classically British: no sh*ts were given at all. Kim is irrelevant to Ken and Lisa and she is filthy in her thirst for some kind of revenge against their unwillingness to validate her pathetic mess of a life. Brandi: she was drunk the entire episode. And pilled out too from the looks of things. Given that Jen from 'Sober House' is her bff it is disturbing that nobody seems to check her in terms of how she's mixing alcohol and medication. She was not sharp, on point or sober at all. And it's all one big contradiction: she wanted Lisa to be her protector, yet when she acted on that, Brandi threw a childish fit and then tried to smooth things over with "I love you! We can work this out with an apology from you! You've hurt me! You've pulled away! I need you!"...what a psycho. An utter liability. Joyce: beautiful smile. Her husband makes me laugh. Brings nothing else to the table. Carlton: irrelevant aside from the fact that she didn't join the pile in on Lisa. God Save The Queen, may the British always stick together. Yolanda: she made an ass of herself this episode. The "My husband would speak to you?!" to Ken...oh, what an unflattering light. The "Don't touch me Ken!"...talk about blowing things out of proportion. The "Are you my real friend or my Hollywood friend?" nonsense as she talked smack about Lisa the last two episodes and then greets her with an air kiss and helllloooooo crap. Bonding with Kim over their daughters leaving home for college? The same woman she lambasted at the S3 Reunion? Bizarre. Crashing Ken's conversation with Mauricio? Ken's right, she is stupid. Lisa: she came into this episode with the greatest weapon of all: total disregard for these women. She just doesn't care anymore and it was hilarious that Kyle couldn't grasp that Lisa basically dumped her. Brandi of course didn't make any headway as she slurred "I don't care about your feelings, this is about ME"...what a mess. No wonder Ken and Lisa just left, as if that situation was going to go anywhere, I think not. The reunion looks good only because Lisa looks well prepared. May Brandi, Kyle, Kim and Yolanda all get raked over the coals for their bullshit.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
RHOBH... I was going to write a long appraisal of the bust that has been this season...but then...I decided I'd just say this: Lisa and I appear to have something in common, a motto by which we live our lives: it's best to leave before the party's over. Lisa knows when to hold 'em and she knows when to fold 'em. She's walked away. She's checked out. And good for her. I'd do exactly the same damn thing.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
The reunion looks good because Lisa looks ready for battle against these peasants. She checked Kim's comments about Ken perfectly. And Kim's ridiculous "I missed a few parties!" line...please, Lisa RSVP'd that she wouldn't attend your daughters graduation party and sent a gift from Tiffany's...Kim is so desperate to argue about that. Yolanda's always been a bitch, but this season she's basically become a bitch to everyone, sans Brandi. It isn't a good look on her. Especially to someone like Joyce. Her 18 month comment re Lisa not visiting...when was Yoland locked away for 18 months? When she was filing RHOBH? Nonsense. Kyle should realize that SHE is the one who kept the Mauricio story alive. It's her fault. Brandi knows she has taken a wrecking ball to her life and she is transparent in trying to fix it...but I really hope she fails. Ken seems intent on her being banished, as she damn well should be. She says Ken and Lisa were like her family for goodness sake...that's what people are talking about when they say Lisa opened her home to Brandi and then Brandi tries to usurp her because of Sheana (let's not even touch the burning building crap, as if Lisa would inhale those fumes for either of them). Ken and Lisa seem very united on the Brandi front, I hope they keep to it. She is nothing but a liability. Carlton should secure her spot for next season with one simple line: "You are just trash."....Kyle's reaction is worth watching the entire reunion for. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=li0t-ljFssE

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
RHOBH Ultimately, it was another ugly episode. Joyce was right that Ken and Lisa should have said goodbye to her. Reading her blog is interesting because now she sees why they bolted and says she would have done the same. Brandi was relatively sidelined this episode aside from giving her parents a car which was rather nice of her. Yolanda and "Hello My Looooove" (aka King David) just hit this false note. Something's off. Gigi has an amazing apartment. What a howler that Yolanda was on the phone with Brandi sniping away about Lisa even while in NYC, she couldn't help herself. Now we know why Kim's daughter Kimberley (am I the only one who finds that truly bizarre that they have the same name?) is good looking. Her ex is a handsome man who seemed relatively down to earth. Carlton scored points, she's been scoring them in my book since Kyle's Anti Semitic Dinner. Notice she didn't see the magazines Brandi spoke of. Kyle, oh Kyle, the perpetual victim. The realtor's wife in the spacious house in that part of Bel-Air that's a lot closer to Sherman Oaks than it is to Beverly Hills. Lisa repaired and renewed this episode. Is this the first time we've seen tears from her? Might be. Certainly the first we've seen the ugly cry. I really hope the previews for next week are on target and that Lisa comes out guns blazing and takes no prisoners.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
The difference is, unlike Adrienne, what Lisa is saying is defamatory...actually is. Adrienne threatened lawsuits about Brandi revealing she used a surrogate, which was true and didn't have a snowball's chance in hell of succeeding at trial. Lisa, on the other hand, has been accused of being bankrupt, which, potentially, could damage her reputation. And if she and Ken have not been bankrupt, as Brandi's said they have (then backtracked and dumped on Kyle...) then what she said isn't true and is defamatory. And when Lisa slung mud at Mauricio being friendly with them for the sake of a house sale, she was stating an opinion, her own experience...which isn't defamatory.
