Brandi and Kyle are throwing the blame against each other re: the untrue Valley/bankruptcy allegations re: Lisa and Ken. Such low class idiots who can't take responsibility for themselves. http://ca.eonline.com/news/510428/brandi-glanville-clarifies-lisa-vanderpump-bankruptcy-claims-says-former-bestie-has-a-place-in-my-heart

I really hope NY lives up to its previews, I'm looking forward to it. Unlike BH which I can't wait to see end.

Nene, and the housewives generally, have 2 years of relevancy left. I feel the brand has been in decline for a few years now and it'll only spiral faster as each season goes by and becomes more blatantly manufactured.

Yep! That's how I recall it as well. Kyle gallantly attempted to get Lisa to comment on David's daughter's wedding...and she didn't. She didn't take Kyle's bait. She didn't care. Why? Because Lisa doesn't really care about Yolanda. Mohammed is her friend.

Damn. No surprise about Nene, I'm sure she has become very paranoid about remaining relevant. I hope she's been good with her money.

That's how I saw it too. I don't know what anyone is talking about when they say Lisa was offended to not be invited to David's daughter's wedding. When did she express that? I never saw it.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
Exactly. I said it when season 2 started and I noticed Lisa was getting the 'bitch edit'...if that's being a bitch, then Lisa, let that bitch flag fly baby, I'm right there with you. Lisa: The edit towards the end with all the reunion flashbacks and Brandi and Kyle practically salivating as they tried, in vain, to castigate Lisa's "behaviour" and her "manipulations" as she had her hair and nails done and then posed for the magazine cover dripping in jewels...it was something out of 'Dynasty,' I kept waiting for Joan Collins to appear. Kim: If her behaviour entering Carlton's event wasn't evidence of her sobriety being questionable, the thought that Lisa somehow cares about her certainly does. She is such a moron. Joyce: Attending an exercise class? Okay. Alright. Irrelevant. Yolanda: Getting her citizenship. Cute. Trying to desperately throw shade Lisa's way regarding Mauricio and Ken's birthday party...alright. Okay. Fine. Carlton: She was a different person at her husband's company. I preferred her in that setting. I love that she disinvited Kyle who was so angry about it, she could not believe the gall of Carlton. Loved it. Kyle: What a basic bitch. She is a classic highschool mean girl with an inflated sense of self worth. She is so damn suburban, under the guise of sophistication, she needs to get over herself and get the hell off television and go back to being the realtor's wife. Brandi: The flashback to when she and Kim met on games night showed how badly Brandi's injectables are. Her face looks so puffy now. I can't believe she actually has had her "world rocked" by the revelation that Lisa is smarter than the rest of 'em. Of course she is Brandi, you fool! Do I think Lisa's "played" anybody? No, I don't. I think she is adept at social mores and is decisive about how she feels and what she wants. Brandi's just angry and bitter at how her life has turned out. She's jealous. It isn't a good look on anybody.

I'd be worried about the future if I was Brandi. She has no skills. No marketable angle. Nobody cares about her long dead marriage to Eddie Cibrian anymore. Her next book is destined to under perform in comparison to her first book. She is akin to Janice Dickinson, just younger, and that's a most unfortunate position to be in because she doesn't even have dated, glamorous, stories to tell. She'll soon be 'over' and she doesn't seem to know it. Lisa has accumulated wealth, Vanderpump Rules, SUR, Villa Blanca and PUMP...she can keep going once RHOBH is over. Brandi? She'd be smart to land a very rich man. Dr. Paul Nassif is available...

Didn't Kyle confirm she got liposuction? Not hating on her, some fat just doesn't budge no matter how much exercise one does. The dress is perfection. I bet Lisa's dress looks better on TV, it seems like the kind that would.

Lisa's already shot this down on Twitter as being untrue. But even if it was true it isn't as if that hurts Lisa's image and I don't understand why Brandi thought it was a short worth taking because it only makes her look bitter. Lisa doesn't pretend she comes from some great lineage. She is a nice girl from Kent who used to sell jeans on the King's Road in Chelsea who had a middling career in bit parts as an actress who achieved great success as a bar, club and restaurant owner. She worked for all of it, the house, the restaurants, the diamonds and the rose, and so did Ken (and his son Warren for that matter). Even if Lisa had filed for bankruptcy and lived deep in the Valley once, look where she is now, look at what she's achieved...that's what Brandi fails to see. Lisa's present is that of a winner. While Brandi is a 40 something woman who gets messy when she drinks and is blowing through her book money on a rental house in the Hollywood Hills.

This week was alright on BH... Carlton did a good job of baiting Kyle who is so dumb she fell right for it and once she tried her stupid "you're anti-semetic" nonsense she really had showed her ass. Kyle is about as Jewish as a pork pie. That she couldn't decipher between a star of David and a pentagram says it all. Kyle was such a bitch about the party planning...a psychic for two men's birthdays? Odd choice. Unless Camille and Faye were there we don't need a psychic. Yolanda not inviting Lisa is neither here nor there. It was her stepdaughter's wedding. Brandi going in about Lisa next week? Take a seat. She's a grown up. She got played? Please.

Good grief. I certainly hope Phaedra didn't know...but if she did...that she covered her ass expertly. That said, a spouse cannot be compelled to testify against his or her spouse, so unless the authorities actively pursue Phaedra on charges, she would be wise to wait thing thing out and once Apollo is behind bars, divorce him and move on.

RHOBH I nearly thought it was going to be a Kim free episode...and then...out of nowhere, she emerges. Ugh. Joyce and her gun and her tubby hubby. Whatever. I now realize Joyce reminds me of a young Charo. So everything about her is hilarious to me now. Give her twenty years, this is her future... Kyle and her Big Fat Jewish Dinner...whatever. Maybe she's always done it. The fact she had a chef teaching her how to do says otherwise. Lisa, as always, fabulous. Even in workout wear. A perfect 10. Yolanda was extremely gracious in Sacramento and hit just the right note with Brandi's family, she was right to choose her over Lisa who would have been too different for them to handle. Lisa is high octane glamorous, and glamour isn't always approachable. Brandi...what an angry lush.

Kyle? Quit? For Kim? Not on your life. To quote Joan Rivers: "She'd spit on the ground and drown her mother in it."

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
Well wait...people have actually believed Kim is sober? Really? As far as I can tell she is functioning a lot better, but sober? Nah. I never bought it, particularly in regard to pills. Lisa is entertaining and provides balance against the trashy drama because she is good humoured and glamorous. Good point, JackPeyton, about Joyce only being able to handle Brandi because she flies off the handle. Someone controlled, like Carlton, vanquished her in under 5 minutes. I really hope they fire Kim. She is such a waste of screentime, and Kyle should go with her. Camille repaired her image but she still brought some heat. "We don't say he hits you, but now we've said it!"...that was epic. And they should rehire Taylor. New bride, new life, she is a helluva lot more relevant than half the cast.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
RHOBH... So incredibly boring this week, as others have said succinctly it just feels like a bunch of filler surrounding a non-existent story. So much Kim, way too much Kim...a housewife whose usefulness to the show ended after season 2. I could not believe how idiotic she was with Ken, acting like he said something out of line when, newsflash Kim, you even admitted in your talking head that you missed a ton of events...she is such a baby, not taking responsibility for the fact that her sorry, alcoholic ass couldn't be bothered to film half the time because she "didn't have a choice"...yes, you did Kim, and you chose to drink. The scenes with Kyle were reminiscent of the "Kyle and Kim have a facial where Kyle looks like she's wearing a scary hockey mask scenes from the first or second season" (to be repeated with Joyce this season)...who cares? No Yolanda this week, and the sad truth is, I didn't even notice because even Yolanda's fabulousness gets sucked under the budget aesthetic of this season. Lisa could very easily be a 32D. Her house never ceases to look spectacular. I love how Ken is SO over these hags. The Kim v Lisa thing was unbelievably stupid. They sent her a gift, RSVP'd that they weren't coming in advance, were OUT OF THE STATE the day of it, got back at night and didn't feel like dragging themselves to a party hosted by someone who has never been fond of Lisa. Not once have Kim and Lisa ever really gotten along. It's odd how neither of the Richards sisters can fathom the fact that someone doesn't like them and doesn't pretend otherwise. Joyce and Brandi...just plain stupid. Brandi is foul, but Joyce didn't come off much better this episode, particularly when she buckled after a three sentence exchange with Carlton, who really doesn't fit in.

ALL: Soap Stars - Where are they now?
- Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
Totally makes sense to me. I think LuAnn is quite guarded about her personal life...we hardly saw a thing about her divorce from the Count...and what we do see is what she wants us to see, so as a main character she is sort of cardboard...but when she just gets to observe and interact in the moment, she flies.- Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
I loved LuAnn's affair in St Barth's...that had to be real, she did too much to cover it up for it not to be...but yes,the "pregnancy" and feud with Ramona was generated for story. I think LuAnn will excel as an official Friend of the Housewives.- Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
That was Sonja's finest hour...the way she dismissed Aviva, looked her square in the eye and said (and meant) that she didn't give a damn about her opinion and that she didn't need her in her life, as Aviva sputtered like a Pinto, was awe inspiring. Sonja, when sober, is razor sharp. I loved Season 5 too and I think the cast really gelled. I'm excited for this season after the lacklustre one we've had with RHOBH.- Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
I don't think Ramona hates herself/other women. I just don't see her as the jealous type. I think she appreciates that she 'made it' and has absolutely no filter about her social interactions with others. It might be that she had to be really controlled and quiet and deferential to her abusive father...as in the first half of her life was spent being very quiet, so the second half of her life was going to be spent being very loud. I do like Heather too because she *really* doesn't let anyone screw her over. And she does it with a smile on her face. And quietly. Very smart.- Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
Right, but the same team that produces RHOBH produces Vanderpump Rules with Lisa and Ken, so it isn't as if Lisa's working with her enemies, they have a symbiotic relationship between them, they need each other to keep the shows going. I see what you're saying re: Kyle's attitude seemingly directing coverage...and if that's the case, then someone better act quickly because it has been a bad season, very disappointing in terms of production value, casting and storylines. I am still stunned at how much useless filler featuring Kim there has been this season. Half a season's storyline...about a dumb dog.- Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
Oh I don't think Lisa's position at Bravo has changed...Vanderpump Rules is performing well, Andy always encourages drama with her at the reunions (to see how she crushes people with a single sentence and flick of her bejewelled hand, I think), and the "Lisa Gets the 'Bitch Edit' Campaign" has been going on since the beginning of last season and it just doesn't work because Lisa has the audience behind her. I think the breaking point with Lisa/Yolanda/Brandi is going to be ugly and messy, but I don't think it's really going to diminish my opinion of Lisa or Yolanda. the only thing that's changed is Kyle has gotten a very bland edit. I wouldn't say it's friendly or 'nice'...it's bland, she hasn't given the editors anything to use against her, and that's smart (a la Camille) but that act can only go on for so long, and then she'll crack and be back to the loathsome cow she has proven herself to be for years.- Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
THAT is how you do 54. And in case anyone cares to know how she does it: Lisa admits to "a lot" of Botox, "a little" filler, topical Retin-A and a physical sunscreen.- Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
It has seriously deteriorated visually...considering it was visually the most appealing, so much so that the executives at RHOV consulted with the producers of RHOBH to get the production model right (with glorious results), it has really deteriorated...and why is that? Carlton's house looks like a half empty Broyhill showroom, Brandi's (rented) house is a half empty Ikea filled dump, Kim's (rented?) house is a dump filled with relics of her 1990s wealth, Kyle's store looks like a Marshall's and we have only seen Joyce's house once when she was cooking her family breakfast...that leaves only Lisa and Yolanda, and they live fabulously...but 2/6 isn't enough. - Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
