I don't watch the Talk but Sharon needs to go. And I read articles about the 2 new girls and I have no clue as to who they are. Sharon is poison and has been for years.

Me either. And he ate the show and why I stopped watching (along with nothing really happening) but his face was everywhere for a year or more. It's no wonder they started calling the show on these boards "The Adam and the Rest of Them". Thank God The Real is on at the same time.

I had no idea of any of the songs. None. I guess I'm that Alternative. I just had no idea and don't listen to mainstream music.

Adam is not that hot. I'd rather look at Jordi shirtless all Summer long. Just like B&B, give me Carter all Summer long Shirtless along with Vinny and maybe even Thomas even though the character is disgusting. Gimme Sumpin. I'll even take Bill on B&B who has kept himself in shape over any of the storylines. There ARE no storylines.

I don't watch the Talk but Sharon needs to be fired from what I've read and from seeing the clips of the segment. To continue to support Morgan when he flat out said Meghan was lying - what a joke. Why would someone lie about being depressed and being suicidal? The Palace was doing the same thing they did to Diana and then smeared Meghan. Why would you leave the Royal status and move to another country if things weren't really bad? That tells me everything. Fire Sharon. To marginalize someone who is depressed is bottom of the barrel. Send her packing along with the whole show. And after Holly's comments that she remembers Sharon saying she was too "ghetto" for The Talk, I'm believing it.

These recaps make it sound like it's same old B&B - moving at lightning speed. If all of this is happening why not lengthen out the story so that there is some kind of payoff? I would say at least it sounds more interesting than Y&R but still not anything that I care about. I think fans have had their run of Hope/Steffy/Liam and I just don't care about Thomas or some lame redemption story. The one time I passed by I can't remember what Brooke said but I felt like, you are one insufferable *itch. No thanks. From what I've read why does she want Katie and Bill back together? So that she can steal him again? I haven't been watching regularly at all but does Hope still have the mouthy little demon seed/Douglas? That was just so terrible. I love when people refer to her as Flo Felon. Oh but she's a Logan now so it's OK.

Nothing in the recaps and summaries or spoilers makes me want to watch. It all sounds terrible. And Jack and Sally? God. There's no reasoning that for me so I'll stay tuned out.

Haven’t watched but the recaps sound terrible. It needs to be cancelled - Vinny showed up somewhere and all the Forresters knew him, how did a felon get a job in a hospital? What a mess from what I’m reading and there should be no redeeming Thomas. And where is Taylor? Recast her if she’s so haughty

We did that bit all the time. Our other friends would always say, you two need new material.

I just love that word "unsightly". LOL. One of my friends and I in college and I would have a bit - when something was bad, she would say "It's just GHASTLY!" and I would reply "OHHH it's UNSIGHTLAYYYYYY!"

I was thinking - when I rarely tune in what happened to GCAC? People lived there, worked out there, dined there and did they just ditch it when they did this Society restaurant and the Phoenix hotel?

Attempted to watch today but every time The Pee is wearing a one shoulder dress: and THEN THE ADAM! ADAM! When did Chealsea get catatonic? God it was stupid Show gone downhill so bad it will never recover. And they let this happen. Sad. Thank God for The Real and Tamron Hall in my timeslot

There isn’t anything to replace them so I can see all of them lasting until 2030 which sucks because they are so horrible.

Y&R got so dumb. Jack/Yack and Pilar which mysteriously lost the Latina accent - then Victor claiming he had to replace Jack with the imposter to protect the familleehhh because of the dommed Paragon Virus! Which was one year after him switching Jack out and the god awful Cady McLain being his captor. Then there was Neil keeping Hillary in a boathouse so he could save her. Newman tower burning but the Genoa City police only have 1 helicopter and it’s life threatening for 4 days and Victor has no helicopters but has a helipad. And I try to tune in once in a while and it’s been the Adam show since that guy joined. My whole familiy quit. I know I won’t ever be back but maybe once a month: for 5 minutes. Stafford as Phyllis has been a bust. I’m shocked when I read they will pair Sally with Jack possibly. These old men bedding young girls has got to go: this show is in dire trouble along with B&B and they’re damn lucky CBS hasn’t thought of expansion of Price is Right to 2 hours.

Pine Valley is going to tank badly. They’re going for dark and Twin Peaks which never had broad stream appeal and it won’t now. Half of America doesn’t know what Dallas or Dynasty was so they sure don’t know All My Children. It’s sad but we’re old and it’s true. Trot Cady McLain out and Susan Lucci - no one is going to watch this mess of a reboot

Sorry if it's a double post but thanks for this. Who is the critic who always ranks Santa Barbara as the best soap of all time? And it lasted like 8 years. Meanwhile on his list Guiding Light and As the World Turns are missing. LOLLLLL. One lasted 75 years and World Turns was #1 for 20+ years. But Santa Barbara is the best to him but no one watched.

All of the ABC soaps, I just wasn't in to all the crazy storylines and OLTL - Vicki going to heaven in a spaceship, Eterna...GH and its stolen artifact of the month or Weather Machines or whatever. I most likely could have liked AMC but I didn't try really hard because it was partially up against World Turns and I was a huge World Turns fan. I was a kid too so you'd think all of the crazy supernatural stuff would have appealed to me but even then I thought it was dumb. Santa Barbara and Days, same thing - just never got into them.

Jeanne Cooper was always looking sideways for her lines and multiple cast members have complained over the years about Eric Braden not learning his lines and being lazy. Sorry, it’s true. He must have worked with a coach or a Director got up in him because for years he had a terrible tic of ending every other line with “OK”! Was terrible

Haven’t seen it in weeks and tried today and Chelsea was awake but comatose and then Adam’s face appeared along with Victor. Immediate channel change. Get rid of Adam and Chelsea and I’ll try again in a year. I cannot believe the nosedive they let this show go. Talked to my sister the other day and she said it’s so hard to watch - it’s so BORING. I said yeah, I pretty much quit around a year ago. I was glad for the shut down because I tuned back in. Your DvR likely decided it ain even worth it.

I’ve never gotten why he hasn’t shaved. Or a good haircut. Kind of unbelievable
