Really enjoyed the anniversary episode. Fantastic flashbacks. Traci should absolutely have a child on canvas. They should have her a troubled teen. Yes it’s been done on this show but it makes sense here.

I loved Mansi personally. Hated Marci her first run but have enjoyed her this time. She actually seemed awake this go around and they let Abby have the Salem Brain a lot more.

I can’t believe I’m actually seeing extras. It really felt like Y&R would never do it again. But why is a “gala” being held in the hotel lobby?

I haven’t seen yet but when I heard it was Cady instead of Missy I was disappointed. I know they’re just playing characters, but she was the actress that played bringing this character into the world and we got her back for really superfluous stuff instead of this. At least we got to see her have a little anger about Gwen gloating about killing her mother. Abby should’ve been recast, period.

It was such a throwaway moment too. I wasn’t watching when Neil Curtis was on but from everything I’ve read he was a long running character so of course kill him.

What’s even more annoying is that he’s using DAYS pointless deaths as one of his reasons to kill off a character.

Abby legitimately has no reason to care about Sami outside of their kids being cousins. She [!@#$%^&*].ed her husband. Lucas is her damn uncle. I’m ranting at this point but it’s amazing that the show has bent over backwards to keep VK as Ciara even going so far as to give her a baby with the serial killer, when she’s not full time either.

God Lucas killing his niece black out drunk is such a Ron thing to do. He already basically proved he prefers EJ to Lucas by having Lucas be behind the kidnapping. He also turned Phillip into a deranged psycho. He seems to hate Kate’s favorite sons. I’m shocked Austin, Rex, and Billie haven’t been brought back short term to turn out psycho too. I’m two episodes behind but I will say that though Marci’s Abby grew on me this run, I’m just happy I’m not watching Kate Kandi’s Abby get killed off again. The way they’re doing the revolving Jennifer’s they easily could’ve done with revolving Abby’s or just do a full blown recast.

His interview was such garbage. He doesn’t give one sh.it about legacy characters. His literal specialty for like a decade now is to bring back long time characters just to kill them. Or kill off long time characters off screen for…literally no reason. I’m shocked he hasn’t killed off Don Craig or did he?

Toya is basically the reason I watch without Mariah though I do have a soft spot for Simone’s loud ass. Quad is just an annoying caricature. Zero authentic bones in her body. I hate how people gas her up.
