That’s a pretty good comparison. She also provides a lot of the quips and sharp commentary that Bethenny once provided (time will tell if it becomes as overbearing). I saw this on the rerun of last year’s reunion, and I forgot how hilarious Ramona’s little “YOU look OLD for your AGE...” song and dance was.

Soap audiences understand that recasts are part of the deal. They would be essentially disposing of ages of wonderful history by catering to the insecurities of actors. (It’s not like Terry Lester can come back and steal his role.) If PB does indeed have a problem with it, too bad, so sad. Soaps that have been around for decades are bigger than any one actor. And I think PB is very talented and have enjoyed him immensely in the past.

Funny how many big hits KC and the Sunshine Band had. I was looking for Paul McCartney but saw he was credited with Wings. I suppose the only No. 1 hits he had as a solo artist (meaning not with Linda, Wings, or Beatles) were ironically duets (“Ebony and Ivory” and “Say Say Say”).
