  1. This show is permanently written like they're rushing to get everything in before next week's series finale.
  2. DAYS: Maybe Bo's death in 2015? Can't remember for certain. But definitely Alice's in June 2010.
  3. Anytime something like this comes out, I am reminded why I prefer to watch mostly-heterosexual women catfighting instead. This looks DOA.
  4. Yeah, I have mixed feelings about this new cast announcement. First and foremost, I *love* they finally got Alex McCord back and I can't wait to see her weird ass interacting with a bunch of new women she's never filmed with before. Will she get "red" again? hahah I feel like there's a lot of missed or misplaced opportunities with these women. IMO, Vicki vs. Gretchen should be on the mother show. Kinda the same with Camille vs. Brandi. Also, it's good to have a now-gray haired Caroline back, but she's on her own island. Not sure she'll add too much, but I could be wrong. Phaedra, Eva, Vicki, Brandi... if they were such a success for RHUGT, again, why not bring some back to their mother shows? Or at least rest them until a few seasons of RHUGT later. I guess it's an issue of them making for good TV, but not necessarily gelling well with the current casts of their original shows (i.e. Brandi and Phaedra). Meanwhile, the RHUGT format is clearly a success and they're all set up for Season 4.... yet we STILL are waiting for RHONY: LEGACY. Sigh...
  5. ... and then there was one. Poor lil Erika is on her own island, unless you count Kyle and Dorit who, to their credit, I think they see how the tide is turning...
  6. Really? Potomac is still doing it for me, and I haven't had an issue with their editing/production interference. I thought last night had a lot of fun (The Grande Dame's one-liners continue to be full of win; you had to LOL at the universe telling us Robyn's wedding ain't ever happening with that veil blowing away in the breeze; Karen and Ashley teamed up is always a joy to watch; even some of Gizelle's lines had me cracking up). Plus you had the drama (Mia is such a trash person. I don't know all the history between her and her "bestie," but Mia will throw anyone under the bus for a chance at "a moment" on camera. You could tell her friend was cut to the core). Plus, you had the build-up to the Karen vs. Charrisse confrontation. Ooh talking about her mama is a sensitive topic, and Charriisse's bloated champagne-filled ass is indeed thirsty to get her flute back. Karen told no lies by pointing that out. Side note: With Potomac about to film their reunion, I wonder which show will take its Sunday slot? It seems we're due for Orange County to return first, but they're usually not a Sunday show.
  7. Oh don't you worry, I'll always be noticing and appreciating
  8. I feel the need to give this woman her crown and scepter back. Unfortunately, there's still a few left from The Coven that would need to get the ax first....
  9. Quite sterling, indeed I like the white fellas too, heehee
  10. Can I get an AMEN!?! Good. Bravo is very protective of this franchise. I hope for returns from some much missed former castmembers, because they’ll want to keep this train moving without a glitch.
  11. I don't suppose 6 Republikkkans would eventually say "f--k it" and cast their vote for Hakeem? Dare to dream.
  12. I don't know what crazy catalyst will cause this to happen, but it'll happen. 2023 is the year. LOL
  13. SLC: I know we have mixed opinions on the board regarding Heather Gay, but she was my breakout favorite in the first season (with Meredith 2nd, Whitney 3rd), but even I can't co-sign this runaround about her black eye. Let's just call a spade a spade: Jen hit you, but physical violence is mostly a no-no in Housewives land and will get you demoted to friend-of for one season fired, not to mention her ongoing legal drama. Also, I still like Meredith for the most part, but her dancing around what is and isn't considered "gossip" is hypocritical. So gossiping about her family is wrong (and will result in her melting down like Ramona Singer or Rosie the Robot malfunctioning on The Jetsons), but discussion about Lisa's businesses which are public record (for those who wish to nose around) is okay. Okay... LOL at the countdown of every time Meredith said "I'm not mad" to the poorly introduced friends-of cast. So next week is the season finale. Good. I'm ready for New Jersey.
  14. Whatever lighting they opted to use for the Miami hotel scenes with Chloe, Stefan, and Gabi is something they ought to stick with going forward. It was more dark, moody, and flattering. When you’d switch to the Brady/Kristen scenes the lighting was harsh on the actors by comparison. I almost thought it was different cameras being used to shoot the Miami scenes. Good for Nicole for pumping the breaks on bedding yet another man, albeit one of her many exes. Finally a little reflection on her own actions and reactions.
  15. Gasp! Don't get rid of Sharon Newman. She's in storyline Siberia but she doesn't need to go anywhere.
  16. B&B has a funny way of having characters conveniently turn to the dark side to further along a plot. But at what cost? If Thomas is ever trusted again, they'll all look like fools (and he will be trusted again eventually, after saving one of Hope/Steffy's kids from drowning or something random and heroic like that). And what became of Justin? Just make Bill demon-possessed. What's good for the goose is good for the gander.
  17. I still haven't seen SLC from last week yet (holidays and whatnot, dontchaknow) so I haven't seen the Heather black eye debacle, but boy, I've never seen a Real Housewives franchise implode on itself so quickly. From legal scandals to poorly vetted castmembers to the fact that these women really do just hate one another... nearly all of them let the success of season 1 go to their heads and they crammed in about 6 years worth of drama (complete with constantly shifting alliances) in under two years. They also shot themselves in the foot by not properly introducing us viewers to the newbie friends. Instead of getting to know them as individuals, they were just thrusted into the mix of drama without giving us a reason to care or root for or against them. If they want to save this franchise, they need to do a bit of a reset and let us get to know the new women if/when they return next season, and give us some new castmembers with genuine ties to the existing cast that aren't, you know, felons or racists or questionable clergywomen.
  18. I disagree Carson 😝
  19. Yep, a shot of her palm with a diamond in her hand. Oh boy... BTW, I wonder if those other RH cities are still in the works. Phoenix and Winnetka (rich north Chicago suburb).
  20. LOL, I'm taking mine and I'm also gonna steal yours!
  21. You know what I like lol
  22. New Jersey looks good! I don't mind Jackie and I'm glad she's there as a friend-of instead of suddenly not being around. After so many clunker seasons transitioning away from the Caroline/Jacqueline/Teresa/Melissa/Kathy era, they found a great sweet spot these last few seasons with the same cast. Now it looks like we're about to enter another transitional era with 2 new wives, 1 demotion, and a lingering rumor that this may be Teresa's final year. Which of course begs the question... if Teresa goes, where do we go with Melissa & Joe on the show? The two newbies seem to have strong personalities, which can be good (i.e. Marge) or trying too hard (i.e. OC's Noella, etc.)
  23. I wonder if a partially burnt artificial pine tree creates a pleasant aroma?
  24. I can never keep up with the revolving door in Salem anymore, but Tamara Braun posted that today's episode (Dec. 20th) is her last. I'm sure she'll be back or is already back... That said, she's a great actress but this needed to happen. Now if only SH's version of Kristen could be next.
  25. LOL I do like Heather, but you know she already rehearsed her lines ahead of time. Too bad for her then. Similarly, as I have watched the past couple episodes of SLC with Whitney's flimsy excuse for still being mad at Heather, I can't help but think this is the poor man's version of Jill Zarin making on-camera beef with Bethenny in RHONY S3 only to have it blow up in her own face. I'm sorry, but Whitney's insistence with having an issue with her cousin isn't landing. Let. It. Go.
