Patrick Duffy return was announced at the beginning of 1986. I remember looking at the ratings to see if Dallas would get a boost from the news. It never did until the cliffhanger. The last half hour of the show that featured Pam's wedding to Mark, the two explosions and Bobby in the shower peaked at 26.2 in the ratings. I don't believe any of the stories were changed due to Duffy returning. All the stories were played as planned until the cliffhanger. One scene that was edited/cut was when Pam opened the shower door. It was Mark in the shower and not Bobby. And the scene with Pam and Mark in the shower was suppose to appear towards the middle of the show. I recall VP mentioned that she wondered what had happened to that scene. But then recognized it at the end only to be edited with Bobby in the shower.

It sure appears like it. I thought he was very good on B&B.

As an off and on again viewer since the 80s...I could care less about these three.

Natalia is a snob homophobe. I can't stand her or the daughter Blaze. The episode was a snooze.

All the stories are being told at a slow pace and this one jumped from there's a guy to being bullied all off screen. Why bother?

Bradley Bell ran out of stories years ago. He is just rehashing the same stories and using a crutch. Liam and how great and wonderful he is. Really again with this garbage? The boring triangle from hell coming soon!! Sheila is alive. The story is so convoluted and makes no sense considering what happened on Y&R. I really hope CBS moves B&B to the 2:30 time slot and gives The Gates the 1:30 time slot after Y&R. I complain on how awful RC is as a writer but Bradley Bell's father is WJB. There is no excuse for the embarrassment that is B&B. WJB would be horrified at what his son has done to his legacy show.
